The episode begins with Kaashvi calls Arjun and tells him about Karun’s accident. She asks him to come to hospital and disconnects the call. She cries. Arjun tells Jagadish about Karun’s accident and leaves from there. Jagadish follows Arjun.
Aditya hears Kaashvi’s conversation with Arjun. He says that Kaashvi and Arjun got another chance to stay together. He thinks that Kaashvi must be busy with Karun in the hospital and he can focus on Shanti. He laughs.
Arjun reaches the hospital with Jagadish and Mahima. Doctor tells them that Karun is really lucky because Kaashvi admitted Karun on right time. Arjun tells thanks to Karun. Mahima tells Arjun and Kaashvi that Karun don’t even want to see their face so she don’t want him to get tensed when he regains his consciousness. She throws them out of the room.
Kaashvi asks Doctor about Karun. Doctor tells Kaashvi that Karun is stable now. She says that she know Kaashvi. Kaashvi gets confused hearing this. Doctor says that she was intern in that hospital 7 years back. She reminds Kaashvi that the latter came there for delivery and child was stillborn. Kaashvi says that her child was alive and healthy. She adds that Doctor lied to her about her child death. Aditya hears everything and he hope Arjun don’t hear all this.
Kaashvi tells Doctor that she learnt about her child exchange. She says that she don’t know where is her child but she is sure she will find her child one day someday. Arjun overhears their conversation and asks Kaashvi that what is she saying. Aditya hears this. He thinks that Arjun won’t leave Kaashvi after learning about child. He gets annoyed.
Arjun asks Kaashvi that whether she was pregnant. He tells her that she did not inform him that she was pregnant with his child. Doctor leaves from there. Arjun asks Kaashvi that how can she hide this from him. Kaashvi asks him that how he know it was his child. He tells her that he know how they completed their marriage. He says that he know it happened in the cold storage room. She recalls cold storage room moments. He tells her that he would have talked to her if he knew she was pregnant then.
He asks her that why she hided this truth from him. He says that he want to know what else Kaashvi hided from him. She accepts that she hided her love and her pregnancy from him. She says that she had valid reason to do that. He tells her that he had rights to know about his child but she took decision alone. He says that Kaashvi betrayed him and he won’t forgive her for this. He leaves from there. She thinks that Arjun just know to get angry.
Shanti calls Aditya and tells him to give her proofs to prove her innocence. She says that she will tell the secret to Kaashvi if she don’t get proofs tomorrow then.

Precap – police comes to raid Shanti’s room. Kaashvi hears phone vibrate sound from Aditya’s room.
