The episode begins with Shanti threatens Aditya and disconnects the call. Aditya decides to teach a lesson to Shanti. He tells Nurse that he is going to bathroom. Kaashvi enters the house. Nurse notices blood on Kaashvi’s saree and she asks about it to Kaashvi. Kaashvi says that that’s not her blood. She goes to Aditya’s room and sees Aditya. She gets freshen up. She holds Aditya’s hand and says that she want to talk to her best friend today. She tells him that Arjun got to know about her child and Arjun is angry at her. She says that she lost Arjun permanently and cries.
On the other hand, Arjun wonders why Kaashvi did not tell him about his child. He thinks that Kaashvi did not had rights to do that. Kaashvi tells God that she and Arjun lost many things because of fate and situation and they don’t want to lose Karun. She requests God to save Karun.
Meanwhile, Karun regains his consciousness. Arjun gets happy seeing this and he goes to call Doctor. Doctor examines Karun and says that tomorrow Karun can be discharged.
Next day, Kaashvi goes to temple. Priest asks Kaashvi that why she looks tensed. She tells him that her family is suffering nowadays. He suggests to do satya narayan puja in her house. She nods at him.
Arjun asks Dadi that why she did not tell him about Kaashvi’s love and his child. Dadi tells him that Kaashvi came to his house to tell about his child but he married Mahima that’s why Kaashvi did not tell about child to him. She says that Kaashvi got shattered when Doctor said child was stillbirth. She asks him to decide he want leave Kaashvi alone in this pain or he will share the pain with Kaashvi.
Arjun goes to Kaashvi and tells her that Dadi told him everything. He says that Kaashvi did nothing wrong and it was the wrong situation. He hugs her and apologizes to her ( Title song plays in the background ). He blames himself for yelling at her without learning the complete truth. He asks her that where is their child. She tells him that Kritika was her Doctor. She reveals that Simran said their child is alive.
She says that she hired private detective but she did not get any information yet. He asks her to not worry because they are to together and they will find their child. He tells her that he should go to take care of Karun and leaves from there. She leaves from there. Aditya overhears their conversation and thinks that he should end his drama soon.
Later, Kaashvi invites Bajwas to her house for Satya narayan puja. She asks Karun to come and leaves from there. Arjun promises to Kaashvi that he will bring Karun with him.
Police inspector asks Shanti to open the door. Shanti thinks that she can’t get caught.
