The episode begins with Shanti thinks that she can’t get caught and she escapes from there through window. Police breaks the door and checks the room. Shanti calls Aditya. Meanwhile, Aditya realises that he forgot to switch off the phone. He thinks that he is glad phone is in silent mode at least. Kaashvi hears phone vibrate sound and wonders whose phone is this. Nurse lies to Kaashvi that that was her phone. She tells Kaashvi to sleep on the bed in another room. She assures Kaashvi that she can take care of Aditya. Kaashvi asks Nurse to call her if the latter need her then. She leaves from there. Aditya wonders why Shanti called her and he switch off the phone. Shanti gets angry at Aditya and leaves for Aditya’s house to talk to him.
On the other hand, Arjun apologizes to Karun for everything. He tells Karun that he and Kaashvi loves Karun so much. He says that Kaashvi admitted Karun in the hospital at right time. He adds that Karun is alive because of Kaashvi. Karun gets surprised hearing this. Arjun tells Karun that Kaashvi arranged puja especially for Karun. Mahima tells Arjun that Karun won’t go to puja. Karun says that he will go to tell thanks to Kaashvi.
Aditya says that he can get rid of Shanti after learning the secret. Shanti hears this. She thinks that she did wrong by trusting Aditya again and leaves from there.
Next day, Kaashvi prays to God for Karun and Aditya. Arjun tells Kaashvi that he brought Karun with him. Kaashvi gets happy seeing Karun. Aditya thinks that he will send Arjun to coma if he got chance then.
Shanti says that Aditya is double crossing her. She decides to tell Kaashvi that Karun is Kaashvi’s son. She sends message to Kaashvi. Aditya notices Kaashvi left her phone in his room and he reads Shanti’s message. He gets angry at Shanti and replies to Shanti. He tells her to meet in the outhouse. He deletes all the messages. He says that Shanti has to face the consequences of double crossing him.
Later, Shanti reaches outhouse. She sends message to Kaashvi. Aditya tells Nurse to give the phone to Kaashvi. Nurse gives the phone to Kaashvi. He signals at Priest. Priest recalls that how Nurse told him to use special khee in the hawankund. He puts special khee in the hawankund. Smoke starts increasing. Kaashvi asks Karun that whether he is fine. Arjun says that he could not see anything. Aditya thinks that his plan worked. He comes out of his room.

Precap – Nurse treats Kaashvi’s injury. Aditya ends his coma drama. Kaashvi gets happy seeing Aditya. And she hugs him. Aditya thinks that he will use the secret against Kaashvi and Arjun. Arjun gets jealous seeing Kaashvi hugging Aditya.
