The episode begins with Karun falling on the ground after eating kheer. Jagadish comes there and sees Karun. He takes Karun to the hospital. Shanti gets shocked seeing this. And she hopes Karun dies.
On the other hand, Vishal meets Mahima and scolds her for calling him many times. Mahima slaps him and she lashes out at him. She asks him that why he lied to his mother. He tells sorry to her. He says that he could not introduce Mahima to his mother because Mahima is Arjun’s wife now. He adds that his mother will think he is having an extra marital affair with a married woman. She asks him that what he will do now because his mother saw her now. He tells her that he will introduce her to his mother properly after she gets divorce. He promises to not leave her never. He hugs her.
Arjun reaches Dadi’s house to meet Mahima. He learns that Dadi left the city. He wonders where is Mahima. In the hospital, Jagadish asks Doctor about Karun’s condition. Doctor tells Jagadish that the latter brought Karun at right time so Karun is fine now. He informs Jagadish about padam. Bodyguards overhears their conversation. Veer calls Kaashvi and informs her everything. Kaashvi calls Arjun and tells him everything. They leaves for Bajwa house.
After some time, Arjun asks Karun that whether the latter is fine. Karun says that he is fine. Shanti gets annoyed hearing this. Kaashvi hugs Karun. Romila returns and asks what happened. Shanti says that she went to take bath so she don’t know what happened. Jagadish tells them everything. Kaashvi asks Karun that what he ate. Karun says that he ate kheer only and Romila gave him. Romila says that Shanti made kheer.
Kaashvi asks Shanti that whether the latter put padam in the kheer. Shanti says that she thought padam is good for kids that’s why she put padam in the kheer. Kaashvi reminds Shanti that she informed about Karun’s allergy to the latter. Shanti says that she forgot it. She apologizes to Kaashvi and Karun. Karun asks Shanti to forget it because he is fine now. Jagadish thinks that something is fishy.
Later, Jagadish asks Arjun about security guards. Arjun tells everything to Jagadish. He says that Kaashvi don’t suspect anyone but he suspect Mahima. Jagadish asks why Mahima will do that. Arjun says that Mahima want to prove he can’t take care of Karun to get his custody. He goes inside. Jagadish thinks that he don’t think Mahima is behind kheer matter. And he suspects may be Shanti is connected to this kheer matter.

Precap – Aditya gives fake divorce papers to Kaashvi and asks her to sign it. Mahima tells Arjun that everything is over between them. She says that she and Vishal loves each other like how Arjun and Kaashvi loves each other. Jagadish questions Shanti.
