Episode begins with Preesha regains her memory and faints. Armaan comes there. He wonders that what happened to Preesha. Rudraksh goes to Preesha and asks her that what happened. Armaan moves towards Preesha but Pihu stops him. He asks her that what is she doing. She tells him that only Rudraksh deserves to stay with Preesha. He asks her that if she forgot what Rudraksh did with Preesha. He reminds her that he is Preesha’s husband. She tells him that she don’t know the truth but she know Preesha needs Rudraksh now. He asks her to stop talking nonsense and moves from there. He asks Rudraksh that what the latter did with Preesha.
Rudraksh stops Armaan from touching Preesha. He warns him to stay away from Preesha. They fights with each other. Rudraksh lift Preesha up and leaves the house ( Title song plays in the background ). Armaan follows him. Rudraksh tells Preesha that he will take her to hospital and drives his car. Armaan recalls that how he broke Rudraksh’s car brake. He thinks that he has to save Preesha and follows Rudraksh in his car. Pihu, Raj and Vidyut leaves in another car. Saaransh and Ruhi gets worried about Preesha. Sharda consoles them. She says that today truth will win.
Rudraksh tells Preesha that he won’t let anything happen to her. He recalls the moments he shared with her and drives his car fastly. He also recalls the recent incidents. Armaan tells himself that Rudraksh become mad. He says that Rudraksh did not realise yet that his car brake won’t work.
Meanwhile, Sharda, Saaransh and Ruhi prays to God. Ruhi asks God to listen her prayer. She requests God to reunite Rudraksh and Preesha. Saaransh asks God to protect Preesha. Sharda asks God to protect Rudraksh and Preesha.
Rudraksh notices Armaan’s car. He thinks that Armaan won’t leave them alone. He increases the speed. Armaan thinks that Preesha in Rudraksh’s car. He wonders that how to save Preesha. Rudraksh gets shocked realising that his car brake is not working. He wonders that how he is going to take Preesha to hospital. He says that he has to take Preesha to hospital no matter what.
Vidyut stops the car in the middle of the road. Pihu asks him that why he stopped the car. He tells her that something is wrong with the car. He realises that petrol is over and he tells about it to her. She scolds him for not checking. They fights with each other. Raj asks them to not fight. He says that their priority is reaching Rudraksh and Preesha.
Rudraksh notices the signal. He tries to put the brake but fails. He gets relieved that signal got changed. He meets with an accident. Armaan sees that. Preesha regains her consciousness but faints again.
Episode ends.
Precap – Armaan and Rudraksh admits Preesha in the hospital. Doctor tells them that it’s not a good news and they tried their best.
