Episode begins with Revati enters the house wearing mask and says that this is her last blast. She adds that she gave poisonous ingredients to Priest and because of that only everyone is unconscious now and it will kill them soon. She says that she is going to snatch Ruhi from Preesha for snatching Dev from her.

She picks the unconscious Ruhi and moves towards the door, but Preesha stops her which shocks her. Preesha says that she guessed that Revati won’t stay silent and she is right. She recalls that how she saw the smoke and called for an ambulance and also fire brigade. She understands that Revati is behind the smoke.

She asks Revati to return Ruhi. Revati points gun at her and says that she will take Ruhi from there. Preesha tells her that the latter will be get caught. Revati tells her that the latter can tell anyone about her but she don’t care about it. She asks her to yearn for Ruhi like how she is yearning for Dev. She gets shocked seeing Alia there and hides the gun from her. Preesha takes Ruhi from her. Tarun enters the house with Alia. Revati asks Alia that what the latter doing there. Alia tells her that Preesha called her to surprise the latter.

Preesha asks Revati that how is the surprise. Revati thanks for thinking about her. Alia asks that what happened to others seeing their condition. Revati tells her that everyone fainted because they smelled smoke. She adds that she came to help them. Doctor comes there and Preesha gets medical help for everyone. Revati thinks that Preesha saved everyone but she won’t give up until she achieves her goal.

Everyone regains consciousness. Rudraksh thanks Doctor. Doctor asks him to thank Preesha. Preesha says that how she suspected seeing everyone coughing and got alert. Rudraksh asks that who is behind this. Revati says that she will catch the culprit. Preesha tries to tell the truth of Revati to Rudraksh but Revati interrupts and asks Rudraksh and Preesha to marry. Preesha decides to tell the truth to Rudraksh after marriage. Rudraksh and Preesha exchanges marriage garlands. They completes the pheres. Rudraksh makes Preesha wear the nuptial chain and fills her forehead with vermillion. They clicks family picture.

After some time, Gopal tells Preesha that Revati behaving like an innocent. Preesha tells him that they should stop Revati. She adds that she has to tell the truth to Rudraksh before Revati returns. Sharda tells Rudraksh that Saaransh and Ruhi slept. Preesha comes there and says that she knows that who is behind the smoke attack.

Revati brings Yuvraj there and says that he is behind the smoke attack. Rudraksh gets angry seeing Yuvraj and hits him. Revati asks that if Preesha will defend Yuvraj. Rudraksh tells her that Preesha knows Yuvraj’s truth and reveals that it’s Yuvraj who murdered Rajeev. Revati tells him that she knows everything and even Yuvraj confessed his crimes. Yuvraj says that he is behind all the attacks. He thinks that Revati may succeed now but he will get benefits soon.
