The episode begins with Arjun notices Aditya is laying unconscious on the sofa. He wonders how Aditya reached the sofa and he rescues Aditya. Meanwhile, Kaashvi rescues Karun. She realises that she can’t escape so she gives Karun to Arjun. She asks Arjun to leave from there with Aditya and Karun. Arjun refuses and says that he will die with Kaashvi if he can’t live with her then. Jagadish comes there and helps Arjun. Arjun goes inside and hugs Kaashvi ( Title song plays in the background ). Everyone escapes from there.
In the hospital, doctor examines Romila. She tells Kaashvi that they started treatment. Kaashvi tells Keval that Romila will be fine. She goes to see Karun. She asks doctor about Karun’s condition. Doctor tells her that Karun is fine now. Mahima feeds Karun. She notices Kaashvi and locks the door.
Kaashvi meets every family member one by one. Arjun holds Kaashvi’s hand. Kaashvi tells him that she should check Aditya. He tells her that she need treatment. He says that Kaashvi can go after getting treatment for her injuries. She tells him that she will get treated after checking Aditya. She goes to Aditya. Doctor tells Kaashvi that Aditya is in complicate condition. Arjun tells doctor that Kaashvi is not getting treatment for her injuries. Doctor tells Kaashvi to get treated.
Nurse treats Kaashvi’s injuries. Kaashvi notices Aditya moved his finger and she tells about it to doctor. Doctor examines Aditya and says that Aditya’s brain became active. Aditya opens his eyes. Doctor says that it’s a miracle. Kaashvi tells thanks to God. Aditya hugs Kaashvi. Arjun gets jealous seeing this.
Later, Kaashvi feeds Aditya. Aditya asks Kaashvi that how long he was in coma. He says that he remember cliff incident only. She tells him everything. She apologizes to him for suspecting him. She reveals that Shanti is behind everything. She says that she would not have suspected Shanti but Jagadish told her about his suspicion. And says that she think Shanti got to know Aditya suspect Shanti so Shanti did everything to frame him. He tells her that he treated Mahesh and Shanti like his family. He says that first Mahesh betrayed him and now Shanti. And says that he could not believe Shanti did all this.
She tells him that Shanti blames them for her child death that’s why Shanti did all this. He asks her that where is Shanti now. She tells him that police is searching Shanti. He asks her about fire accident. She tells him that police is investigating it.
Next day, police inspector tells Kaashvi that they found cylinders in the outhouse so it was not an accident. He reveals that they found Shanti too. He says that Shanti is alive. Aditya gets shocked hearing this. Doctor says that Shanti is in critical condition. Kaashvi goes to talk to Shanti. Shanti tries to tell Kaashvi about Karun. Aditya sees this.

Precap – Aditya asks Kaashvi that where they will stay now. Arjun takes Aditya and Kaashvi to Bajwa house. Kaashvi tells Arjun that her and Aditya’s marriage is fake. Mahima hears this.
