Episode begins with Gopal notices the CCTV camera and finds out that landline is dead. He wonders that where must be the connection and finds the wire. He says that he will call Preesha once call gets connected. He hides the landline hearing footsteps.

On the other hand, Rudraksh and Preesha comes out of the hospital. He tells her that both she and baby are fine so he just has to take care of her. She tells him that she is a Doctor so she knows to take care of herself. He tells her that he won’t leave her thinking that she can take care of herself. He picks the call and moves aside to talk.

Revati signals at her guy. Revati’s guy talks to Rudraksh. She thinks that Preesha has no idea that what she is going to do with her. She calls the truck driver and asks him to hit Preesha who is standing on the road. She adds that it should look like an accident. Truck is about to hit Preesha but Revati saves her by pushing her. Rudraksh holds Preesha before she falls down. They goes to Revati who is unconscious. They admits her in the hospital.

Rudraksh tells Preesha that Revati put her life in danger to save the latter. Preesha wonders that why Revati saved her. Doctor tells them that Revati is fine but she needs rest. Rudraksh and Preesha goes inside the room.

Revati asks Preesha that if the latter is fine. She adds that she is glad that baby is fine. Rudraksh tells her that he can’t repay her favor. She tells him that she lost her son and she don’t want Preesha to face that pain. He goes to bring medicine.

Preesha asks Revati that if the latter did everything deliberately. Revati agrees to her and says that she is not mad to save her. She tells her that she gained Rudraksh’s trust. Preesha tells her that it’s the latter’s misunderstanding. She says that Rudraksh will trust her always. She asks her to change or else anything can happen. She thinks that Revati is mad. She asks God to send someone to handle Revati. Meanwhile, Armaan returns to India.

Gopal calls on wrong number. He wonders that how he is going to contact Preesha. Preesha wakes up. She also wake Rudraksh up in the middle of the night. She tells him that she want to eat panipuri. He understands that she is craving because of pregnancy and takes her to panipuri shop.

He wake the shop owner up. He makes panipuri and gives it to Preesha. She asks him to take her house because she is sleepy. She tells him to make cold coffee once they reaches the house. He gets shocked hearing her. She tells him that she was joking.

Next day, Preesha sneezes. Rudraksh, Saaransh and Ruhi gets worried. Preesha tells them that they are over reacting. Sharda scolds Rudraksh. Armaan anonymously messages to Preesha asking for a meeting. Preesha thinks that it could be Revati’s new trap.

Precap – Preesha gets shocked seeing Armaan. Revati sees them together and learns their past. She plans to use Armaan against Preesha.
