The episode begins with Kaashvi arrestes Viraj and she finds drugs too. On the other hand, doctor tells Arjun to not take risk and be careful. Mahima reaches the hospital to meet doctor Latha. Arjun sees Mahima in the hospital. He wonders whether Mahima came to meet Romila. He decides to confront Mahima. But Nurse takes Arjun to scan room.
Mahima tells Latha that Latha saved her son so she came to save Latha’s life. She offers bribe to Latha. She says that she know Latha was present in the hospital when Kaashvi’s child got exchanged. She asks Latha to accept the money and leave the city if the latter don’t want to get in trouble then. Latha says that she don’t want to face any problem. She accepts the money and runs from there.
Kaashvi tells congratulations to Arjun. She says that she completed Arjun’s mission. Arjun gets happy hearing this. He says that everything is happening good. He tells her that he hope they finds their kid. He asks her that who can help them to find their kid. She tells him that they should talk to Latha.
Mahima enters the house. Karun asks her that why she did not make paratha for him. She scolds him. Aditya tells Mahima that Karun is her golden ticket. He tells her to treat Karun well. Mahima tells Karun that she went to temple. She apologizes to him for yelling at him. She says that she will make paratha for Karun and goes inside.
Arjun and Kaashvi learns that Latha resigned her job. He tells her that he saw Mahima in the hospital. He says that something is fishy. She asks him that what is he saying. He tells her that he think Mahima is involved in this. He checks the CCTV footage. They sees Mahima giving money to Latha.
Mahima tells Aditya that she scared Latha so Latha won’t return. Aditya asks her that whether she is sure she destroyed all the proofs. She tells him that Kaashvi and Arjun won’t get to know Karun is their son. He asks her to treat Karun well.
Kaashvi asks Arjun that whether he is saying Mahima is involved in her child missing. Arjun tells her that he is sure about it. He says that Mahima blackmailed Latha according to the CCTV footage. He suggests to see the hospital records. She tells him that she already checked it. She says that she saw Mahira name in the records.
Later, Arjun learns from Ronak that he is getting award and he tells about it to his family. He tells Kaashvi that she deserves all the credit. He invites everyone to the award ceremony. He tells thanks to Aditya for understanding his and Kaashvi’s love.
Next day, Kaashvi tells Aditya that water is not coming in the bathroom and she has to go for meeting. Aditya tells her to use Mahima’s room bathroom. She leaves from there. He calls Mahima and tells her to take all the towel from the bathroom and let Kaashvi use the bathroom. Kaashvi enters Mahima’s bathroom after getting permission.
