Episode begins with Rudraksh and Kids prays to God for Preesha. Sharda asks God to return Preesha to them. Pihu tells God that she got to know Armaan lied since beginning. She asks God to save Preesha and reunite Preesha with Khuranas. On the other hand, Preesha falls asleep. Armaan comes there. He thinks that everything going on according to his plan. He puts Preesha on the wheelchair and leaves from there.
Puja gets over. Priest asks Rudraksh to do ‘Ravan Dahan’. Rudraksh tells him that maybe Preesha regained her consciousness so he has to see her. Sharda tells him that if Preesha regained her consciousness then hospital staff would have informed them. She convinces him to do ‘Ravan Dahan’. Priest takes Rudraksh from there. Rudraksh gets ready to do ‘Ravan Dahan’ without realising that it will fall on him.
Armaan comes there with Preesha. He tells himself that Rudraksh and Kids will die with Ravan because he cut all the ropes of back side. Preesha hears him. She thinks that Armaan planning to kill Rudraksh and Kids and she has to save them. Rudraksh performs ‘Ravan Dahan’. She thinks that she can’t become weak today. She pushes Armaan and she runs towards Rudraksh to save him. She screams Rudraksh’s name. Khuranas hears her scream and turns around. Preesha pushes Rudraksh and Kids aside to save them. Armaan wonders that why Preesha reacted like that.
Rudraksh asks Preesha that if she is fine. Preesha asks Saaransh and Ruhi that if they are fine. Ruhi tells her that she is fine. She calls her as aunt. Preesha tells her that she is her mother not aunt. She tells Rudraksh that she remembered everything. She says that she love her family. Khuranas gets happy hearing her. She says that Saaransh and Ruhi are her kids. Rudraksh thanks God. He hugs Preesha. Then Kids hugs Preesha. They shares a group hug. Rudraksh thinks that his family become complete today.
Meanwhile, Vidyut saves Pihu. Pihu thanks him. Raj comes there and asks Pihu that if she is fine. He thanks Vidyut and takes Pihu from there. Rudraksh asks his family to not leave each other’s hand. Saaransh tells Rudraksh that Armaan is there. Preesha tells Rudraksh about Armaan’s plan. They leaves from there. Armaan searches Preesha. He falls down. Digvijay comes there and spots Armaan.
Khuranas reaches the hospital. Preesha tells Rudraksh that she was about to come to him after their fight but someone injected her and she did not see that person’s face. Rudraksh tells her that he will find their child. She says that she remember living with Armaan. He tells her about Armaan’s actions. She regrets for believing Armaan. He asks her to not blame herself. He says that Armaan lied about his cancer. He tells them that they will expose Armaan. She tells him that they don’t have any proof against Armaan. She says that she will return to Armaan.

Precap – Armaan asks Preesha to not show fake concern. Preesha tells him that she was really worried about him. He asks her that why she said to Nurse that Rudraksh is her husband. Later, Armaan tells Digvijay that Preesha regained her memory but acting. He takes Preesha for shopping.
Episode begins with Preesha regains her memory completely. She tries to reach out to Rudraksh. She thinks that she remembered everything and she don’t want to die that without telling Rudraksh that she remembered everything. She takes his name and faints. Armaan comes there. Rudraksh regains his consciousness. He thinks that he has to take Preesha to the hospital.
Armaan lift Preesha up and he tells her that he won’t let anything happen to her. Rudraksh asks him to leave Preesha. Armaan tells him that they don’t have time to fight. He says that Preesha will die if they don’t admit her in the hospital on time then. Rudraksh tells him that he will accompany him. They admits Preesha in the hospital.
Rudraksh pleads Doctor to save Preesha. Doctor tells him that he is injured so he should get treatment too. He tells her that he is fine. She tells Nurse to treat Rudraksh and goes inside. Nurse treats Rudraksh injuries. Rudraksh calls Sharda and tells her everything. Sharda tells him that nothing will happen to Preesha. She informs kids about accident. They leaves for hospital.
