Episode begins with Preesha gives ointment to Rudraksh, he asks her to apply on his face saying she is a doctor she knows well how to apply. She agrees to apply the ointment. He thinks what’s happening to him and she will understood his intention of wanting to see her beside him. She applies the ointment on his face and thinks why she is not able to move away from him (Title song plays in background). Saaransh comes there and happily says all of his friends gets to know about Rudraksh’s win and he alright become a hero in front of his friends. Preesha says party is needed so they will go for long drive.
Rudraksh asks didn’t she has to go to hospital. She thinks to hide the truth from him and says she will go but will come back soon because of less patients. She goes to bring milk for Rudraksh. In kitchen, Sharda asks about Rudraksh’s pain. Preesha tells her that his pain reduced and he will be fine till next day and she came to get milk for him. Ahana comes there and says Sharda’s friend lied to her husband about their son’s birth truth and she hide the truth from her son too. She says she is feeling so bad for that family but truth always comes out. She says that son’s condition is so bad, his own mother destroyed his life. Milk glass slips from Preesha’s hand hearing her, Ahana smirks seeing that and thinks definitely she is hiding something. She thinks she will find out her secret and then her plan will begin.
Gopal hits one person while driving and enquiries about that person. That guy Girish says he came to city to earn money for his mother’s treatment. Gopal says he will help him to get a job. Girish calls Yuvraj and tells him that he started to execute his plan. Yuvraj says Gopal should not know that Girish working for him. He says now he will take his revenge for the slap he got from Gopal. Saaransh teases Rudraksh by talking about the challenge of who will finish the milk first when Rudraksh wanted to do challenge with bread. Preesha says seeing Rudraksh he seems totally fine now.
Rudraksh says she is a good doctor for sure and she can be their family doctor too. Preesha gets a message from Rahul saying he will withdraw his complaint if she gives Rudraksh’s secret to him. Vasudha gets confused seeing Girish with Gopal and asks about him. Gopal tells her about the accident and Girish’s situation. He says Girish doesn’t have place to live also so he will stay with them until he gets a job and will help her in household chores too. Vasudha asks Girish to wait outside and takes Gopal with her. Girish calls Yuvraj and tells everything.
Preesha wonders where to go so no one doubts her and enters into the coffee shop. One of the staff tells her that customers can read novel till they wants. She decides to spend the time in that coffee shop thinking it’s a small one none of her family members will come there. Gopal assures Vasudha that nothing will happen so she should not suspect him. They comes outside and shocks not seeing Girish there. Rudraksh shows his family pictures album to Saaransh to help his project. Saaransh says his family picture is missing. Rudraksh sees news about onam festival and gets an idea for family photo and decides to surprise Preesha and Saaransh.
