The episode begins with Manish and the family trying to feed Abhira, but she refuses to eat. Concerned, Abhir requests the doctor to put her on a drip since she hasn’t eaten in two days. Abhira, however, refuses and runs out. Armaan arrives, and Abhira sees him holding Daksh’s doll. She quickly takes the doll from him. Armaan tries to speak to her, but Abhir steps in and warns him not to say anything. Armaan apologizes and asks Abhira not to punish herself for his mistakes. With the family’s help, Abhira takes Daksh’s belongings from the car and goes inside without speaking to Armaan. Frustrated, Abhir warns Armaan to leave or he will report him to the police.
Abhira finds a card and discovers that Ruhi is planning to change Daksh’s name. The family is equally shocked. Meanwhile, Abhira receives a call from Mr. Singh and tells him she’s coming to court. Abhir insists that the doctor is waiting for her, but Abhira says she has to go to court, just like her mother would have done.
Ruhi and Rohit argue over Daksh’s feeding routine. Rohit suggests giving him formula milk, but Ruhi refuses. Meanwhile, Manoj and his wife tell Aryan they miss her. Aryan asks Manoj to show his face, but Manoj declines and leaves abruptly.
At the court, Abhira arrives for the hearing but has to rush to the washroom when her dress gets wet due to breastmilk. She breaks down in the washroom. Armaan knocks on the door and hands her his coat. Abhira thanks him without realizing it’s Armaan. However, she senses the familiar smell of the coat and realizes it belongs to him. When she comes out, Armaan is gone.
Mr. Singh informs Abhira that her case has been postponed because she arrived late. He decides to hire another advocate and leaves, refusing to let her represent him anymore.
At the Goenka house, the Poddars confront the family, questioning why they allowed Abhira to go to court. A heated argument ensues. Manish defends Abhira, saying Armaan made a mistake and that Abhira will stay with them and not return to the Poddar house.
Back at the Poddar house, Ruhi struggles to feed Daksh but eventually gives him formula milk. The family begins to worry when Armaan doesn’t return home. Madhav suggests giving him some space. However, Armaan accidentally hits his head on a table and falls unconscious due to severe bleeding. Vidya asks Manoj and Rohan to go to Armaan office.
Abhira senses something is wrong and hopes Armaan is safe. Madhav and Rohan see Armaan is severely injured in his office and rushes Armaan to the hospital and inform Vidya about his condition. Vidya and the family arrive at the hospital and learn that Armaan is in critical condition. Rohan uses Armaan’s phone to call Abhira and informs her that Armaan is fighting for his life after a severe injury. Abhira gets shocked.
