Today’s episode starts with Sirat returning back to the hospital. There, Kartik recalls Sirat’s words and sit perplexed. Here, Narendra accuse Sirat for leaving Ranveer and meeting Kartik. He threatens Sirat. Narendra says he will kill her if she will betray Ranvir or because of her anything happens to Ranveer. Sirat replies to Narendra apart from Ranveer nothing is more important to her now. She meet Ranveer. Ranveer asks Sirat where she left him and enquires about ‘I am Sorry’. Sirat says to Ranveer that she went to get some important work done thus she wrote sorry so that he doesn’t miss her. Ranveer asks Sirat to never leave him. Sirat assures to Ranveer that she will never leave him and leans upon his chest.
Kartik goes back home. Suwarna and Manish asks Kartik to sit with them. Suwarna asks Kartik to sit as Manish is telling about his friends. Manish says to Kartik that from friend he recall, it is being quiet late he doesn’t met his friend. He asks Kartik if everything is fine. Kartik says he met one friend but it seems he won’t be able to meet that friend again.
Ahead, Sirat asks nurse to explain her about Ranveer’s medicine. She address herself as Mrs.Ranveer Chauhan. Ranveer gets smitten hearing Mrs. Ranveer Chauhan from Sirat. He praise Sirat’s effort. Chauhan come and see Ranveer and Sirat together. He walks out. Ranveer asks Sirat if she informed Kartik about his health. Sirat says she informed Kartik but he doesn’t need to visit them as she is enough for him. She adds Kartik has other responsibilities and he should focus on his children and house. Ranver agrees with Sirat.
Other side, Kairav asks Kartik why he is playing this bad. He asks Kartik if he doesn’t want to play than he will call his friend. Kartik says to Kairav that he is his friend too. Kairav says to Kartik that but he is Sirat’s friend. Kairav asks Kartik if a girl and boy can be friend. Kairav says yes. Suhasini come and Kairav question the same thing from her. Suhasini tells about Lord Krishna and Dropdi’s story and tells him that a girl and boy can be friend.
Furthermore, Ranveer returns home and thanks Sirat for being in his life. Here, Kartik thinks about Sirat. Naira come and asks Kartik about his worry. Kartik talks about Sirat’s friendship. Naira console Kartik and says not everyone can maintain a friendship.
In the morning, Sirat asks Saroj to teach her making Ranveer’s favorite dish. Saroj gets ready. Sirat address Chauhan as father and asks is he will pray for Ranveer on their behalf. Narendra gets happy seeing Sirat.
Mauri come and inform Sirat that she is going back to Jaisalmer. There, Suwarna talks to Kartik. She tells him that nothing happens without a reason post Kartik shares with her that he is not willing to do anything.
Here, Sirat asks Mauri is she is characterless. Mauri asks Sirat not to talk bad about herself. [Episode Ends]
Precap: Kartik decides for Manish and Suwarna’s remarriage. There, Narendra talks with Sirat and threatens that he will expose her lie in front of Ranveer. Suwarna asks Karitk to invite Sirat and Chauhan’s too. Kartik hesitates to call Sirat.
