In today’s episode; Akshara comes back home. Arohi asks Suhasini, Swarna why they have to prepare handmade henna. Suhasini explains about the ritual. Kairav, Vansh decide to help Arohi to prepare henna for Akshara. Akshara stands stunned. Manjiri call Suhasini and Swarna and asks them to cancel the wedding plan. Akshara gets restless. Manjiri asks Goenka’s not to take her wrong and discloses about destination wedding.
Goenka’s get happy. Akshara, Abhimanyu shares an awkward moment. Abhimanyu goes to the hospital to attend a critical patient. There, Akshara recall Abhimanyu’s accusation and sit shocked. Arohi asks Akshara what happened to her, why she is mute. Akshara don’t respond to Arohi. Arohi offers cold coffee to Akshara.
Abhimanyu operates a patient. Another doctor inform Abhimanyu that patient is not responding. Akshara sings a song to calm patient. Abhimanyu, Akshara recalls their past. Goenkas says they have less time to prepare for Mehendi ceremony. Manish says everything will be on time. They look for Akshara. Swarna informs that Rohan asks Akshara that some patient needed her. Suhasini says it is quiet late. Manish, Kairav asks Suhasini not to worry as Abhimanyu is with Akshara. Swarna says that Akshara is lucky to have Birla’s. Arohi gets irked.
At hospital, Abhimanyu ignores Akshara. Akshara says to Abhimanyu that if he don’t want to talk to her it is fine but she will keep her hope that he will route to her. Abhimanyu escapes the place.
Further, Aksahra gets ready for mehendi. Kairav, Vansh, Manish and Akhilesh naagin dance recalling Naksh. Swarna and Suhasini asks the boys to prepare for the ceremony. Manish asks both to let them enjoy. Arohi joins them later. Akshara wait for Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu recall Akshara’s lie and gets angry. Hospital staff think Abhimanyu is punctual thus doing exercise and completing commitments even on his mehendi. Birla’s gets excited to visit Goenka’s for the mehendi. Manjiri visit Abhimanyu and learns about the accident truth. She defend Akshara. Abhimanyu refuse to listen to Manjiri. Arohi asks Akshara the reason she is not in her senses. She reveals to her that she has paired up wrong shoe. Arohi asks Akshara what is making her restless. Akshara stands mum. [Episode Ends]
