In today’s episode, Neil is admitted to the hospital. Rohan with his team checks Neil. Akshara apologize to Neil and asks him to get well soon. Swarna asks Akshara to control. Anand asks Harsh to control. She says Manjiri, Swarna and others don’t know about Neil’s condition. He asks Harsh to take care else all will panic. Police come and Harsh asks about the matter. Inspector tells to Anand, Harsh, Manish and Swarna about human trafficking and says Akshara, Neil are brave. He adds in place of Akshara, Neil anyone could have waited for police but both of them fought.
Abhimanyu returns back home. He gets angry post Arohi tells him that Akshara went to concert with Neil. Abhimanyu think Akshara break her promise. He further gets a call from Manish. Mainsh informs Abhimanyu about Neil’s accident. Abhimanyu gets shocked. Akshara waits for Abhimanyu.
Swarna asks Akshara to take care of herself as she isn’t well too. Anand says Neil has multiple internal injuries. Akshara worries for Neil. She further worries for her babies and cries in pain. Abhimanyu along with Mahima reach hospital. Akshara, Abhimanyu’s hit and miss. Abhimanyu gets stunned seeing Neil’s condition. He cries and asks doctor why they aren’t operating Neil. Abhimanyu yells why Neil isn’t getting treated. Anand and Harsh asks Abhimanyu to control as best doctors are taking care of Neil. They ask Abhimanyu to relax and trust doctors.
Akshara asks doctor if her babies are fine or not. Doctor avoids Akshara’s question. Akshara worries for her babies. Arohi asks Jyoti to tell about Neil’s condition. She learns Neil is critical. Arohi decide to visit hospital. Manjiri stops Arohi from going to the hospital. Arohi cries for Neil. Manjiri asks Arohi not to worry as Neil will be fine. She add Akshara break her promise made to Abhimanyu but she can’t as he has taken promise from her to not send Arohi to the hospital.
Swarna looks for Akshara. Abhimanyu gets angry on Rohan for not getting him latest report of Neil. Anand and Mainsh disclose to Abhimanyu the circumstances how Akshara and Neil meet with an accident. Abhimanyu looks for Akshara. Akshara learn she suffered a miscarriage. She gets devastated. Akshara recall promise with Abhimanyu and cries. Abhimanyu asks Akshara if she fine. Akshara breaks down and informs Abhimanyu that their babies are no more. She regrets breaking her promise. Abhimanyu gets shocked.
