In today’s episode,  Abhinav asks Akshara to understand Abhir needs to go home. Akshara says they need to take Abhimanyu’s permission. Abhimanyu overhears Abhinav and Akshara’s talk. Abhinav says to Abhimanyu that being a doctor he will understand that a patient happiness matters the most. Abhimanyu says certain decision only parents can take. He says only they can decide what is good for Abhir.

Birlas prepares for Arohi’s birthday. Ruhi gets excited. Goenkas call Arohi on her birthday. Akshara and Abhinav wishes Arohi too. Arohi gets overwhelmed. Manjiri gets upset. Arohi celebrates her birthday with Birlas and Goenkas. Akshara tells to Arohi that Abhir slept else he would have wished him too. Arohi asks Akshara if she is crazy. She adds right now they only want Abhir to get well soon. Arohi says when Abhir will get well soon she will throw a party. Mainsh asks Arohi and where is there treat. Arohi says soon. She feeds cake to Ruhi and others.

Arohi receives a gift. She guessed Akshara has sent the gift. Akshara tells to Arohi that gift is from Goenkas. Shefali asks Arohi to open the gift. Arohi likes the gift given by Akshara. Akshara says to Arohi that she knows she likes hair accessories. Both recall childhood, Arohi says due to short hair she fail to use the accessories. Swarna asks Akshara and Arohi not to turn them emotional. Manish asks Arohi what she wants. Arohi says nothing just their blessing. Goenkas asks Arohi to celebrate birthday with Birlas.

Abhimanyu gets busy on his mobile. Arohi tries to feed the cake to Abhimanyu. Ruhi takes the cake. Akshara, Abhinav decide upon bringing Abhir to the home. Surekha says to Manish that she is seeing Akshara, Abhinav fighting for the first time. Manish says to Surekha that she never saw parents arguing for a child. Akshara against Abhinav to bring Abhir to the home. Abhinav gets adamant.

Ruhi gets excited to celebrate Arohi’s birthday. Manjiri, Shefali decide to send Abhimanyu and Arohi on birthday date. Abhimanyu decide to go. Arohi gets happy. Akshara, Abhinav tries to feed food to Abhir. Abhir ignores Akshara, Abhinav. Abhimanyu advice Akshara, Abhinav to tell Abhir the truth of his health. Abhinav asks Abhimanyu to reveal. Abhimanyu says being a stranger he can’t do it. He adds since they lie to him about stomach infection than they will fix by telling him the truth. Abhimanyu wish Abhir doesn’t panic while hearing the truth.

Shefali, Nishtha teases Arohi while she gets ready for date. Manjiri wait for Abhimanyu. Arohi asks Manjiri to relax. Abhinav and Akshara reveal to Abhir about his heart issue. Abhir asks if he will not able to play football. Abhinav and Akshara calm down Abhir. Manjiri and Arohi learn Abhimanyu is busy in Abhir’s case. (Episode End)
