Today’s episode starts with Kartik saying surgery is risky and he won’t allow for it. Doctor leaves the place. Suhasini asks Akhilesh about his opinion. Akhilesh says Kartik and Doctor both are right at their ends. Naira interrupts and says whatever happened last night, Kartik is upset because of it thus, they should give little time to him.
There, Chori makes a bad story about orphanage and tells to Bhabhi Maa. Bhabhi maa sympathizes with her. Naira hears her talk on video call and asks Chori to stop making stories. Naksh then asks Naira why she called. Naira tells about surgery. Everyone’s prays for Manish’s recovery.
Kaveri asks Naira what she thought about her special day. Naira says nothing till Manish gets fine. Here, Manish and Kartik spends time together. Goenka’s gets teary seeing Manish and Kartik. Suwarna then wishes for Naira and Kartik’s relation to get fix soon.
Late at night, Naira waits for Kartik. Kartik comes with flowers but keeps it in the room. He wishes in his heart happy birthday and leaves the room.
Further, at Singhania house everyone gets ready to celebrate Naira’s birthday. Bhabhi Maa asks Chori to get ready too. Chori refuses to go to Kartik’s house, later she agrees. Keerti says to Naksh if Chori don’t want to go than she will stay back with her. Naksh says to Keerti not to make Chori’s excuse, if she doesn’t want to join them for the celebration.
In the morning, Naira recalls her moments with Kartik. She doesn’t see the floers kept by Kartik. Further, everyone surprises Naira with the surprise birthday bash. Ahead, Naira learns birthday surprise is planned by Kartik. Kartik discloses because of Manish he has arranged the birthday surprise for her.
Afterwards, delivery boy shocked everyone telling Manish called her for this day and reveals that he asked him to bring Akshara dance academy papers today. Naira, Kartik and others stands shocked. Kartik recalls Manish’s word. Akhilesh signs the papers. Naira cries. She refuses to take the papers. (Episode Ends)
