In today’s episode; Akshara leaves the place. Abhimanyu looks for Akshara. Duo meets each other. Akshara bumps into a Christmas tree and picture of Abhimanyu and Arohi falls. Abhimanyu gets the picture and opens it. He stands stunned seeing Akshara talking with a guy and keeps the picture with him. Harsh asks Arohi to fins the picture before it reach to her family or Abhimanyu. Arohi stands stressed.
Akshara talks with the intern. Abhimanyu comes and stands behind Akshara. Intern changes his decision when Akshara asks him to join his music therapy session if his work is stressful. Intern escapes seeing Abhimanyu. Akshara think why he ran away as if he saw some ghost. She see Abhimanyu behind and confront him from scaring the guy. Abhimanyu says don’t she know why he interrupted her.
Akshara asks Abhimanyu they have decided to be normal. Abhimanyu says it is not any Doctor oath that he can’t break.
Harsh asks Arohi why she didn’t tear the picture post getting it. Arohi stands stunned. Vansh give gift to Reem. Kairav pulls Vansh’s leg. Neel give Arohi and Akshara gift. Manjari thanks Goenkas for attending the party. Neel think why Arohi didn’t reacted today. Manish clears to Birlas that not Akshara but he learned about the surgery from Ministers place.
Harsh apologize to Akshara. Akshara asks Harsh not to be sorry. Manjari invite Arohi for the ring selection at their place for the engagement. Later, Arohi asks Akshara to accompany her to the Birla house for the ring selection. Akshara refuse to accompany Arohi. Arohi asks Akshara to come with her as she is getting vibes something wrong is going to happen. Akshara asks Arohi if she has done anything wrong. Arohi insists Akshara to come with her. Akshara says she will ask Manish.
There, Abhimanyu fails to see the picture yet again. Manajri wakes him up. Ahead, Manajri, Neel and Parth shares a talk with each other. Parth talks with Majari and Neel about how husband should compromise sometimes. Neel and Shefali gets impressed with Parth.
Ahead, Akshara and Arohi reach hospital. Arohi worries for the picture. Guy come and Akshara gives him a smile.
Abhimanyu comes and boy escapes. Aksahra says because of Abhimanyu he ran away. Abhimanyu comes from behind. A serious patient enters the hospital. Akshara recalls Sirat’s accident and panics. Abhimanyu asks Akshara to help him by singing to keep the patient awake. Akshara cries and Abhimanyu think she is sacred seeing the patient. [Episode Ends]
