In today’s episode; Akshara cries and Abhimanyu thanks former for her help. Akshara asks if the patient is good. Abhimanyu assures Akshara. Akshara hugs Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu asks Akshara to relax. Akshara walk away. Mahima on call scolds a patient for not taking doctor advice. Manjari and Mahima recall their past. Mahima miss her mother. Manjari show Mahima their mother-in law ring and asks if she can give it to Arohi. Mahima says to Manjari that ring is old fashioned and like Shefali, Arohi too will not like the ring. She asks Manjari to change with the time. Manjari says now her daughter-in law will make her modern.
Harsh asks Arohi to find the photograph fast. Akshara cries for Sirat and says she can’t afford losing Arohi as she haven’t yet moved on from that incident. She think post getting married in Birla family, Arohi will move on. Akshara says she can do anything to get Arohi’s love. Vansh wait for Reem. Kairav pulls Vansh leg. Reem come and Vansh gets smitten seeing her. Kairav prays Vansh gets his true love. He says may everyone gets their love.
Aksahra decide to leave the hospital to distract her mind. Abhimanyu think he know Akshara is emotional but why she got affected so much seeing the incident. He looks for Akshara. There, Harsh and Arohi teams up and delete the CCTV footage of Camp fire. Anand and Mahima spot Arohi and Harsh together. Arohi and Harsh diverts Anand and Mahima.
Later, Goenkas worries for Akshara. Kairav learn from Arohi that Akshara is not around. Arohi learn that Akshara didn’t reached home either. Abhimanyu learns from Arohi that Akshara is missing. He worries for Akshara. Abhimanyu learn from Ajit that Akshara left the place in the day time.
Goenkas worry for Akshara. Akhilesh send Kairav and Vansh to look for Akshara. Abhimanyu looks for Akshara too. Arohi inform Anand, Harsh and Mahima that Akshara is missing. Anand and Harsh asks Arohi not to worry as Akshara will return. Neel decide to look for Akshara too.
Later, Abhimanyu pray for Akshara’s safety. He asks God to make him reach Akshara before she falls into any trouble. Neel inform Harsh, Anand, Mahima and Arohi that Abhimanyu went to look for Akshara too. Ahead, Akshara’s car get stuck. Abhimanyu meet Akshara. Duo hugs each other. Abhimanyu and Akshara get awkward.
