The episode starts with Abhimanyu going back inside the ward learning that Akshara came after him. Other side Akshara is looking for Abhimanyu. She feels relieved not finding Abhimanyu in a room. Abhimanyu is looking forAkshra. He finds a bracelet and remembers Akshara wearing it. He shouts Akshu. At Birla’s house Manjiri tells Harshvardan Birla about the fire accident in the hospital and adds that their family members are in the hospital shocking Harshvardan. They rush to the hospital. Abhimanyu covers his nose and mouth with his T-shirt to inhale the smoke. He sense Akshara calling him.

Harshvardan and Manjiri reach the hospital. They get worried when Neil says that Akshra and Abhimanyu are stuck in the wing where the fire accident happened. Harshvardan doubts that someone intentionally caused the fire accident in the hospital. There Abhimanyu finds Akshra. He comes to her breaking a glass door and hugs her. He hums Lag ja gale seeing her struggling to breathe. Akshra also hums. He reprimands Akshra with love for have come after him and Akshra also reprimands him for coming back.

Akshra says that she lost the bracelet Abhimanyu gifted him and she couldn’t find it despite trying lot to find. Abhiyaan shows the bracelet. He says that he didn’t make her wear last time so it fell down easily. Akshra asks him to make her wear so that it can stay around her wrist for lifelong. Abhimanyu puts it around her wrist. Akshra asks if he wants to say anything. He says that he wants to say lot, let’s move from here first.

Other hand Manjiri prays for Abhimanyu and Akshra’s safety. Here Abhimanyu and Akshra are sitting under a table to escape from the fire. They look at each other getting emotional. Abhimanyu hugs Akshra. The fighters arrive at the hospital. Here Akshra and Abhimanyu apologize to each other. Akshra gets scared hearing a sound. She gets scared to lose her love. Abhimanyu says that they wasted their time by fighting. Akshra apologizes for fighting with him.

Abhimanyu says that she should scolds him for fighting with her. Both apologize to each other for not understanding each other’s point of view. They both keep saying sorry. Akshra says that they’re still fighting. Abhimanyu says that it’s a healthy fight and he can do it for his lifelong. Akshra says that Abhimanyu isn’t like Harshvardan. Abhimanyu says that Akshra is very nice and thanks her for marrying him. He says that marrying her is his life best decision. They hug.

Birla family is worried about Akshra and Abhimanyu. A ward boy says that the man who ignite fire in the accident is caught and he is the same person whom Abhimanyu beat earlier. Harshvardan asks what happened to the hospital in the last four days. Rohan says that that man was misbehaving with Akshra. Harshvardan brother says that thankfully patients and staffs are save. Manjiri wishes that Abhimanyu and Akshra are safe too.

Here Abhimanyu and Akshra say that they won’t be able to live without each other. A pillar falls over the table. Abhimanyu hold the table. Abhimanyu’s wrist gets injured. Akshra gets a support to hold the table. They both run from there. They faint. Abhimanyu wakes up. He lifts Akshra with difficulty and puts her on his shoulder. He tries to find the exit.

Precap: Mahima says that Akshra isn’t completely fine. Manjiri asks about Abhimanyu. Anand says that he isn’t good. Akshra sits near an unconscious Abhimanyu. She cries and requests him to wake up.
