In today’s episode, Mahima and Anand decide to go back to the hospital. Manjiri says they just arrived. Mahima and Anand say they have to look after patients. Abhimanyu decide to go to the hospital too. Mahima and Anand ask Abhimanyu to recover first. Manish and Akhilesh decide to help Birlas. Harsh says hospital needs him too as he can handle and help in current situation too. Mahima and Anand leaves with Harsh, Parth and Neil. Swarna inform Akshara that they brought her Teej gifts. She asks Akshara if she is keeping fast or not. Akshara says she is married now and will keep all types of fast for Abhimanyu. Manjiri over hears Akshara and Swarna’s talk. She decides to prepare for Teej.

Akshara goes back to her room. She find it messy and recall her past with Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu tell to Akshara that he kept his room messy to feel her presence. Akshara tell to Abhimanyu that at Goenka house she kept room organized to feel his presence. Both call each other stupid. Abhimanyu realized his mistake. Akshara feels guilty for not valuing their love. Abhimanyu console Akshara. They both hug each other. Akshara asks Abhimanyu to take medicine. Abhimanyu asks her the same. Akshara gives medicine to Abhimanyu. The water bottle slips from Abhimanyu’s injured hand. Akshara apologized to Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu says it was not her mistake as he didn’t gripped the bottle. Akshara and Abhimanyu take the medicine. Akshara says that medicine is bitter. Abhimanyu asks Akshara to take some sweet. Akshara kiss Abhimanyu’s cheek. Abhimanyu says his medicine was bitter too. Akshara gives another kiss to Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu tries to get closer to Akshara.

Akshara stops Abhimanyu. She closes the door. Abhimanyu and Akshara get closer to each other. Mahima and Anand discuss and decide to get a CEO for the hospital soon. Anand says in Harsh’s presence everything was easy at the hospital. Akshara wakes up to prepare for Teej. Abhimanyu sleeps restlessly.

Akshara think how she will eat so many things alone. Abhimanyu come and asks Akshara if she was planning to finish the food alone. He places Akshara on table top. Akshara alerts Abhimanyu that it is not their bedroom. Abhimanyu kisses Akshara’s forehead. Manjiri come. Abhimanyu and Akshara ask Manjiri if she has kept fast too. Mahima, Anand, Parth, Shefali and others arrive. Mahima confront Akshara for keeping fast. Akshara says she wants to keep a fast for Abhimanyu. Parth says to Shefali that if ever she wants she can keep fast too. Abhimanyu and Akshara feed each other. Harsh throws attitude on Manjiri again. Abhimanyu gets angry. [Episode Ends]
