In today’s episode, Akshara confessed that her presence around him is the only truth. She says destiny is playing game again by bringing them face to face again. Akshara hugs Abhimanyu and sleeps. She covers Abhimanyu too with the jacket. Kunal looks for Akshara. He searches for her at other hospitals. Akshara wakes up. She asks Abhimanyu to wake up too. Nurse asks Akshara to bring the medicines. Abhimanyu holds Akshara’s jacket. Akshara kisses Abhimanyu’s forehead and recall her last moment with him. Kunal manages to locate Akshara and rushes up to meet her.
Birlas too come to the hospital and enquires about Abhimanyu. Akshara says she will not leave Abhimanyu this time like previously. She goes to bring the medicine. Kunal traces Akshara. Birlas sees Abhimanyu. Manjiri hold Akshara responsible for Abhimanyu’s condition. Akshara alerts Kunal not to interrupt today. Kunal says he is not interrupting her but making her recall about her promise. Maya gets worry thinking about missing Akshara. She thinks about Abhimanyu and says if that fan doubt and Akshara’s absence is connected. Maya worries.
Akshara gets angry on Kunal. Kunal says he can’t simply break her promise. Akshara says she didn’t deny singing for Maya. Kunal says she promised she will not meet Abhimanyu. Akshara says condition was that she can’t meet Abhimanyu but destiny as some other plans. She adds he can try to separate her from Abhimanyu but destiny will bring them closer. Akshara says to Kunal that for Maya’s dream he has turned selfish. She accuses him for not letting her attend Abhimanyu while he was struggling for the life. Akshara says to Kunal that in one year he didn’t changed a bit and is selfish only.
Kunal recall about leaving Abhimanyu’s surgery in the middle to force Akshara to agree upon his condition. Akshara for Abhimanyu’s life sake agreed upon Kunal’s condition. Back to reality; Akshara decide to stay closer to Abhimanyu. Kunal says if Abhimanyu will learn about the condition he will destroy everything. Akshara gets determined to face Abhimanyu’s wrath to patch up with him.
Abhimanyu calls Akshara. Manjiri holds Akshara responsible for Abhimanyu’s condition. Mahima says what will be Abhimanyu’s reaction if Akshara will come in front of him. Manjiri says Abhimanyu will not stand Akshara. Akshara over hears Manjiri and Mahima and cries. Doctor checks Abhimanyu and says he is fine. Birlas thanks doctor. Doctor asks to thank the lady who brought him on time. Manjiri and Harsh blesses Akshara unknowingly. Akshara gets locked in the room. Maya asks Kunal about Akshara. She says if Akshara will go missing without fulfilling her dream than she will die. Maya asks Kunal to resolve his issues with Akshara and bring her back. Kunal learns someone is constantly trying to reach Akshara.
Akshara calls out for help. She breaks down thinking Abhimanyu hates her. Abhimanyu regains consciousness and learn a day saved him. He recalls about Maya and think she has a connection with Akshara. [Episode Ends]
