In today’s episode, Abhimanyu tells about his trip to Manjiri and Neil. Manjiri says to Abhimanyu that he will only get a homemade food. Mahima calls police and enquires about Kairav. House helper asks Anand to have tea. Anand talks rudely with the staff. Nishtha says to Abhimanyu that he made her birthday special by coming. She talks about getting lots of gift. Nishtha asks Anand about her gift. Anand gift car to Nishtha. Abhimanyu decide to give driving class to Nishtha. Neil asks Nishtha to drop him to the hospital post learning the driving.
Maya feeds a cake to Akshara post learning that latter is ready to go back India for her singing finale. She insists Akshara to have cake. Akshara refuse to eat more cake for her throat sake. She thinks Kairav love the cake too. Akshara decide to take cake for Kairav.
Abhimanyu gets excited to teach driving to Nishtha. Mahima taunts Abhimanyu and says she is glad he is involving in his sister life. Harshvardhan makes his entry. Mahima says her loss is way too much to overcome. She adds Harsh stay separated from Abhimanyu and Manjiri still he can see them. Mahima says she can’t see her daughter. Manjiri asks Mahima not to spoil Nishtha’s birthday. She tries to divert the talk. Harsh asks Abhimanyu if he is fine. Abhimanyu tells his hand is fine. Harsh asks about his mind. Abhimanyu diverts the talk. Manjiri says to Abhimanyu that if someone laughs for no reason that means one is broken deeply. Abhimanyu hugs Manjiri.
Akshara feeds a cake to Kairav. Kairav runs a gift shop. A customer asks Akshara to pack something for her husband who stays away from her. Akshara write a message on a card and give it to the customer. Customer read the message and asks Akshara if she is missing someone. Akshara sit mum. Kairav sees Akshara.
Abhimanyu hesitates to enter his room. Shefali asks Abhimanyu to visit with her at Jaipur to do a surgery of her boss. Abhimanyu recall his wedding moment at Jaipur. He says to Shefali that he will let her know soon.
Mahima asks Abhimanyu about Akshara. Abhimanyu gets furious. Anand asks Abhimanyu to stop reacting. Abhimanyu says he is clueless about Akshara and Kairav. Mahima says she can’t believe Abhimanyu do not know about Akshara’s whereabouts. Abhimanyu and Akshara miss each other.
Manjiri share a talk with Abhimanyu. She share with Abhimanyu that she hates Akshara for leaving him. Abhimanyu defends Akshara and says she might go through a similar pain while leaving. He further decides to meet Shivansh. Kairav deals with his nightmare. Akshara console Kairav. Kairav asks Akshara not to worry for him and go back to India. [Episode Ends]
