The episode starts with Karan, Faizi and Sanju getting suspicious seeing the hospital. They find an ambulance entering somewhere apart from main gate. They gets alerted when they find someone coming but calms seeing Suman, Prem and Bala. Karan asks what are they doing there. Suman says that they were worried about Monami. Sanjana and Karan urge them to leave and scolds them. They make them stay there and proceeds with their operation.
Monami is on operation table while Sid is unconscious. They sneak in and keeps a watch on their move. Light falls suddenly on them and they gets surrounded by securities. Doctor is about to inject Monami when the leader comes there. He himself injects her. Karan, Faizi and Sanjana handles the security and spots Suman, Prem and Bala there. Suman says that she wants to join then to help Mona. Prem says that despite their differences he can’t let Monami suffer. Bala also says that he’s there for Bala and Doctor mam. They plead and they finally agree to let them join. Koel too comes there with Chitra. She pretend that she want to help and they all make a team.
The psycho leader wants to work witness Monami’s kidney taken our. Karan sends Bala and Prem to switch off the power supply. The doctor was about to split open Monami’s stomach when light goes off. He asks him to hold while he’ll be back in 5 minutes. He asks him to resume once he’s back as he guesses that the people who Monami mentioned has came. He goes to CCTV room. Karan understands that Prem and Bala are caught seeing power back. He sends Faizi and Koel downstairs and Suman and Chitra to stay there. He leaves with Sanjana.
The leader’s men brings Prem and Bala. He slaps Bala and beat them up. His men drag them away. He sends all his securities to Sanjana and Karan but they handle everyone he gets irked. Sid is slowly gaining conscious and starts coughing. His injury hurts. Karan damages the CCTV. A furious leader orders his men to get everyone down. He orders the doctor to cut Monami’s throat as they shouldn’t find her alive. He’s about to slit her throat while Karan comes there searching for Monami.
Precap : The leader holds Monami hostage. Monami tries reaching out to Karan but he hides with her. Karan misses her.
