The episode starts with Kuljeet shouting at someone in the call. Sarij asks what happened. Kuljeet says that the groom has come from Canada and they want him to meet Amrita after Diwali. He worries that when Guneet and the family will learn it, he will feel bad that they haven’t informed him. Saroj says that they will feel bad even if they tell them. She asks Kuljeet if he doesn’t want Amrita to get remarried. Kuljeet says that he wants Amrita to be always happy.
Guneet and Nimmo give some sweets and money to Kamali and asks her to go home and celebrate Diwali. Amrita asks Kamali to not come for work the next day. Dadaji and Biji gives Kamali some money and wishes happy Diwali. She leaves. Soni happily arrives and says that Angad boss gave him a gold coins as Diwali gift. They tease Angad. Guneet asks about Kabir. Sonj says that he must be with his friends. Amrita says that Kabir’s ego didn’t reduce even after the boss has come with job offer. They all laugh.
Pritam arrives with a box. Biji asks Pritam if he also got gift. Amrita jokes saying that his company isn’t good, they didn’t pack well the gift. Pritam says that he brought the baby oil that Amrita wanted to buy for Ansh. Amrita says that she hasn’t told him. Pritam says that he heard her talk with Kabir. Family gets shocked when they know that Pritam bought ten baby oil bottle and they make fun of him. Pritam says that he bought the oil for a year. Biji asks Amrita to take the oil. Amrita wants to return him the money for the baby oil.
Pritam says to reduce the amount for doing his bandage and for giving him soup. Guneet says that they have done it thinking as their family. Pritam says that he bought the oil also thinking them as his family. He asks when they can do, why he can’t. Guneet agrees with Pritam. Amrita says to Pritam to not get anything for him and her hereafter. Nimmo asks Amrita to leave. Amrita says to Pritam to get it when they will ask. Pritam agrees and asks her to use the oil instead of throwing it in anger and leaves.
Kabir is at Meera’s room. Meera and Kabir talk about Kabir’s job. Meera asks Kabir to leave when Naveen calls out Meera. Naveen tells Meera that those who are searching him, blackmail him for money and threaten to add his name in drug case if they don’t give money. Kabir overhears this. Meera says that they won’t give them money. She asks Naveen to give her the number so that she can talk to them. Naveen reacts angrily and leaves. Kabir comes and says that Meera wasn’t disturbed due to this. He asks him to tell the full story.
Amrita is trying to make Ansh sleep. Pritam talks to himself about Rahul and missies him. Amrita talks to Ansh about Karan’s love and excitement for Diwali. She misses Karan. Amrita says to her baby that they all are here for him and they will celebrate his first Diwali together. Amrita says that Ansh brought light in their life. He’s their home. Pritam hears this. Pritam alerts Amrita when she gets close to the candle. Amrita thanks him and asks why he’s still awake.
Pritam says that he’s not getting sleep due to crackers sound. Amrita asks if he doesn’t like Diwali. Pritam says that he loves Diwali and learned that Karan also loves Diwali. Amrita asks if he was overhearing mother and son conversation. Pritam denies it and clarifies that he was already present there and she has come later and he heard them. Amrita laughs and saying that she was pulling his leg. Amrita sees Pritam’s hand gets close to the candle and alerts him. Pritam thanks her. Amrita says that they are equal know as they both alerted each other. She sees Ansh has fallen asleep. She wishes Pritam good night and leaves.
Pritam catches Kabir from entering the house from the back side as the main gate is locked. Pritam finds Kabir worried and asks about it. Kabir says that it’s about Meera’s brother. He went to a raid party where drugs were supplied. Meera’s brother doesn’t take drugs, but someone wants to frame him. Pritam asks whom they have to threaten . Kabir says that he doesn’t know. Pritam asks what’s Meera’s brother’s name.
