Episode begins with Saroj tells Mohini’s parents that she brought a marriage alliance for Mohini. They gets happy hearing her. They asks her about guy’s name and job. Saroj tells them that guy is really good but he is from Haryana. On the other hand, Harphoul’s brother asks Maai that how can the latter even think to bring a girl from Kerala. Shalini mocks Maai’s idea. Harphoul says that he has no idea that how Kerala girls looks.
Maai tells him that they also looks like Haryana girls only. She scolds them. Harphoul says that he won’t learn new language. He adds that, that girl can’t live in their village. Maai tells him that, that girl is nurse like Saroj so she can handle herself and others too. She adds that girl is educated. Shalini asks that why educated girl will marry illiterate Harphoul.
Shyamala tells Saroj that their culture is different so Mohini can’t live there. Vijayan says that Mohini can’t adjust there. He adds that ladies don’t work there. Saroj informs them that guy is illiterate which shocks everyone. Shyamala asks her that how can the latter bring this alliance for Mohini. Saroj reveals that guy’s family don’t want dowry.
Shalini says that educated girl will come with attitude. Maai asks her to not think too much. She reveals that Mohini did not agree to marry Harphoul yet. Harphoul tells himself that girl’s name is Mohini. Mohini says Harphoul’s name. Vijayan tells Saroj that he don’t want a uneducated husband for Mohini. Saroj says that they should ask Mohini’s opinion too. Mohini says that she wants time to think. Saroj tells Maai that Mohini needs time to think. Maai gets happy hearing her. Balwant says that he won’t let Harphoul’s marriage happen no matter what.
Shyamala tells Vijayan that if Mohini went to Haryana after marriage then they can’t handle the family because the latter lost his job too. Vijayan tells her that now also she is thinking about herself only. Shalini tells her husband that Maai already decided to bring Mohini as her daughter in law. And Mohini is educated girl so she won’t respect them. She says that Harphoul don’t deserve a educated girl. She tells him that he is educated but Maai did not bring a educated girl for him. He asks her to not think too much because for Maai both sons are equal and leaves the room.
Mohini dances and recalls all the recent incidents. She asks herself that how can she adjust in that village. Harphoul’s friend tells Harphoul that Maai won’t select a wrong girl for him and leaves from there. Harphoul’s brother asks Harphoul to not agree to marry Mohini because she is educated girl.
Next day, Harphoul tells Maai that Mohini will torture him because she is educated girl. Maai tells him that she is also educated girl and she did not torture her husband. He tells her that he won’t say yes for this marriage until he gets answers for his questions. Later, Harphoul tells Maai that his land agreed for this marriage. Meanwhile, Mohini says that God agreed for this marriage.
