The episode starts with Sejal struggling in swimming pool to get the clue. She gets the note and tries to decode it. Sejal realizes Yohan is in storeroom. Yohan is shown breathing heavily due to suffocation. Sejal reaches there and looks around to find Yohan, she checks all the walls and realizes one of the walls looks weaker and newly built. She struggles but manages to break it down. Sejal sees Yohan behind the false brick wall. She runs to free him.

Sejal tries to make Yohan gain conscious and keeps shouting for help. All the family members gather there hearing her voice. Everyone is shocked to see Yohan’s state. Sejal keeps crying while Fareed smirks looking at her state. They take Yohan to room and Sejal tends to his wounds.

Yohan gains consciousness slightly and keeps looking at Sejal treating his wounds. Family members ask Sejal how all this happened and how she found Yohan. Fareed asks Sejal if someone gave her any clues. Sejal recalls how Fareed had given her clue in deal that she won’t expose his reality.

Sejal makes up a story and tells that its power of a wife and how she was waiting for Yohan but he didn’t reach there so she got suspicious and looked around for him. Family members believe Sejal easily but Yohan doubts it.

Yohan tells that when he got in car to meet Sejal someone drugged him and made him unconscious so he doesn’t remember anything that happened after it. Fareed tells he will start police investigation. Yohan tells he knows who is behind all this and suggests its the same gang who was also involved in Mumbai attacks. Sejal gets surprised and wonders how to tell truth to Yohan.

Sejal feels weak and is about to faint. They inform Yohan that Sejal was determined to break her fast by Yohan’s hand only so she didn’t eat anything since last two days. Yohan takes her and makes her break her fast feeding sweet dish. Yohan tells Sejal he knows she just made up the story and asks her what really had happened. Sejal thinks to tell him the truth but suddenly they hear Drishti screaming. They get shocked to see her fallen down near the stairs and being injured.

Fareed stops Sejal and tells her to keep his secret or else he will harm the family members as he cannot hurt Sejal. Sejal warns him but he says he is loyal to his mission. Fareed tells Sejal to never disclose that he is involved in Mumbai attacks.

Doctor informs that Drishti is quite weak and has high blood pressure, she asks her to do pregnancy test. Drishti and family gets elated knowing she is pregnant. Sejal congratulates her but she is worried about her safety. Sejal is perplexed how to reveal the truth to Yohan about Fareed being the culprit. The episode ends.
