The episode starts with Sandy says to her mom that she set everything. She enquires Sandy where is Ishaan? Ishaan comes there and informs them that he wanna go out for emergency purpose. Sara tells her that today is his rasam. Krish assures them that he will bring him there on time. After they leaves family thinks that they are planning some surprise for them. Krish says to Ishaan it seems they wanna arrange surprise for them too. He tells him let’s inform this to Adhi. Meanwhile Ram closes the curtain to prevent her sleep get disturbed. He admires Pihu sleeping cute. He thinks that she is resembling her mom. He didn’t fulfilled his promise yet.

Even her mom doesn’t aware of it. He assures her that he won’t let her starve at all. He will help her in education. Pihu mutters thank you in sleep. Ram notices his brother there and leaves. Later Nandini asks Priya what’s she doing in kitchen? Priya tells her that she is aware what her daughter like or not? She demands her to stay away from her. Nandini complaints to Varun that her tablet missing in her room. Priya gives her tablet to her and says she may be searching for it? Pihu plays with it in morning and eat it. Nandini complaints that it’s her mistake to let her daughter behave like this.

Shubham confronts Ram about his act. He assures to him that he is doing this all for Pihu. He denies it and asks him to question his heart whether he doing it for her or Priya? Ram asks him to stop this all. Shubham talks him don’t forget Pihu is not his daughter but Krish. Ram tells him that he knew it. Meanwhile Priya asks Nandini Is she alright? Doesn’t she know well Pihu is Ram’s daughter. She can’t play innocent here. Nandini tells her it’s her house she can’t able to do anything against her. Priya shows the medicine to her and tells her this medicine is not for anxiety.

Nandini thinks that doctor assures her she won’t reveal anything to her but It seems she is aware of it all. Ram comes there to take his mobile back. Nandini tells her that she might keep quiet or else she will reveal Ishaan’s truth to all. Priya says to her that she is fooling around Ram always and betraying him. She asks her why did she plotting against him? What’s the need to play this anxiety drama? Priya tells her that she is taking this fake anxiety tablet. She can able to prove it today. She notices Ram there.

Nandini plays an act there she is apologize to Priya. She pleads with her stop playing this drama and tells her she don’t need to cancel the interview for Ram. Ram asks her what’s going on here? Nandini frames Priya there and lies to him. Priya tells him that she didn’t said to cancel the interview. Ram tells her that she won’t back off from her promise. Priya says to him that she is playing innocent drama here to escape from here. She adds that she is not taking anxiety pills. It’s a fake one. Ram asks her what’s she saying? Priya tells him that Pihu take this medicine mistakenly but her report is clear nothing is in that report. If this is anxiety pills it would have shown in report right? She adds that Nandini is perfectly alright but pretended to be sick.

Ram asks her to stop this he can’t able to take anyone accusing her. Shubham thinks that if it continues mom will be caught and he wanna go to jail. He shouts to stop it’s better he go to jail instead of it. He tells her he can ask this to doctor. Priya explains to him how did she learn the truth from doctor. Priya is adamant in her words. Ram and Priya argues with each other. Nandini pretends like apologize to Priya but Ram stops her. Ram tells her that he will take this tablet to prove it as wrong. Nandini stops him. Priya takes it and tells him she is not saying lie. She again reminds him she is not lying at all.

Nandini tells him she is lie don’t believe her because she is trying to create rift between them. She tells him today is Sara’s ceremony how will she manage it. Ram goes behind Priya. She feels dizzy and doubts what’s happening to her. Meanwhile nandini reveals to Subham that she exchanged the pills already. They are gonna separate again because of her.
