The episode starts with Damini coming to court. Asthana states that Bapodhara sent notice to Pushpa to vacate the Chawl but still Pushpa challenged against it in court. He says her plea was rejected but she again is challenging when everything was proven clear. He asks Judge to dismiss the case. Damini says that there are more to the case and calls Pushpa to witness box. She asks if she had one copy of the agreement between her and Bapodhara and Pushpa says Bapodhara never gave her one. Asthana says that it was already submitted in court and Pushpa had a copy of court details. He says its not even possible for them to blame Bapodhara. Damini makes her statement that whether they gave the agreement copy to Pushpa or not. Asthana couldn’t answer and Damini asks her to leave.

She then calls Bapodhara to witness box and asks why he’s collecting extra 5000 rupees from Pushpa compared to others. Bapodhara says that she has an extra room and so he’s collecting it. Damini asks whether he was not aware about why she has the extra room and Bapodhara plays innocent. She asks whether he kept pooja and fed people of his Chawl for his father’s death anniversary and Bapodhara agrees. She asks from where did her order food and Bapodhara is caught. She then sends him back and says either Pushpa should be shrewd or Bapodhara is a fool to not know Pushpa running a business for seventeen years. She then calls Chawl people to witness box who gives statement in favour of Pushpa saying that her tiffin business never created problem for anyone.

Damini says that as a single mother, Pushpa made ends meet with her business and that too without any problem. She then calls Asthana in witness box and asks him about the agreement papers. She claims that the agreement got tampered and being a lawyer Asthana himself stood with it. She then calls BuraBhai who makes documents for Bapodhara old times who presents the original papers. It’s proven that Bapodhara and Asthana tampered the original evidence and accuses Bapodhara for troubling Pushpa just because his ego got hurt. She also accuses him for bringing strangers to her house without permission which could be charged for harassment. She then says that Bapodhara character assassinated her which could be sued too. Bapodhara gets scared.

Precap : Judge will announce that everything that was present in the previous hearing were completely different and will give statement in favour of Pushpa. He will fine Bapodhara with 25000 for Pushpa’s mental stress and also will arrest him for cheating the court. Pushpa will feel upset for Susheela.
