The episode starts with Dev is stuck in traffic. Beggar knocks on his car window for money. Dev gives money to him, Beggar bless Dev and leaves from there. Dev asks Manoj Is he ever got into a problem and keeps thinking about it. Manoj nods to him. Dev says let’s leave everything into god’s hand she will handle it all. Dev reminds how did Vidhi said to him about her Mata Rani’s power. Later Dev reaches to office. He asks Rishab to send Vidhi to his cabin when she reach to office. Yogesh asks Dev to check the file and send to him. He asks Dev Is Vidhi late to office? Dev informs him today is her exam! Yogesh asks him Is she gave leave application?
Kanika comes there and nods to him. She adds that Dev helped her to prepare for her exam here. Yogesh says to Dev it’s wrong to give this much freedom to our staffs. They will take advantage on it. Dev says to them it’s wrong judgement. He doesn’t care about what others think about him? He is giving freedom to his staffs and listening to their problems. If he treats staffs like this then they will work for him loyal and give their best to this complant. Yogesh deny it and tells him it’s wrong they will take advantage of him. Dev asks him to prove it wrong.
Yogesh says to him he will prove it practically. He shows one blue short person working in accounts department. He mentions him as monkey. Dev demands him to mention his name ans stop addressing his staff in irrespective way. Yogesh says to him sangeeth took two days leave. Dev says to him his mom’s kneel surgery so he gave relief fund 50 thousand to him and still he can able to give 2 lakhs to him. Dev asks him Is he wanna challenge him again? He deny it. Kanika asks them to stop playing around and get back to serious.
Kanika says to them he is talking about loyal and faith rights? He only has one relationship with them that’s Salary time. When Amba came here he closed his room. Already staffs starts gossipping about him. Dev says to her it won’t affect him. It’s not a matter whether he opens his door or close it? Kanika tells him Gossiping is a time pass to staffs but for him it’s reputation matter. He might think about it. Dev says to her already there is a rules in office no one should gossip here. If they are caught them he will fire them on the spot that’s it.
Later kallu informs to Hariprasad that he talked with decoration peoples to do decorate temple. Hariprasad shares his grief to him and adds that he feels like he is betraying his family members. He tells him it’s not good to hide it from them. Later Vidhi reaches to office Rishab informs her Dev wanna meet her. She meets him and informs him she done her exam well. He tells her he wanna talk with her something important wait for him till he complete his meeting.
She thinks that she didn’t say thank you to him. Later Bimla’s friends are praising Dev for allowing Vidhi to write her exam and gave advance amount. Bimla shares to them that Hariprasad asks her to take him with her to prayer. Her friends suggests her to reveal the truth to him that she is working. Bimla says it’s not possible.
Later Vidhi stops Dev and tells him he wishes to talk with her. Kanika says to Dev Vidhi’s exam is over she learnt using computer too. Why don’t we give extra responsibility to her. Dev asks her to checks all the expenses in office and give a report about it. Dev says to Kanika that she is good in accounts. Dev takes Vidhi from there. Yogesh says to Kanika whatever they plans against her backfire on them. Kanika assures to take care of her. Dev says to Vidhi that his brother and wife wanna visit her temple. She assures him she will inform it to her parents. Hariprasad gets surprised to see the decorations works in his house.
Decorator says to him Kallu asks him to do it. Dev asks Vidhi Is he asks something to her will she answer to him honest? She nods to him. He asks her Is someone gossiping about him in office. Vidhi
deny it. She dent it. Vidhi gives a thank you note to Dev. He smiles reading it. Later Bimla worries how will she share the truth to Hariprasad. Seema alerts her that she added salt three time in it. Seema and Vidhi finds out both are hiding something each other. Vidhi tries to bring out the truth. She shares to them she got more responsibility in office.

The episode starts with Vidhi prays god to help her write exam well. She shouldn’t forget anything in exam hall. Bimla and Seema comes there. Seema asks her to write her exam. Vidhi assures her she will do it well this time because she learns a new trick. Bimla wish no one’s eyes fall on her. Bimla feeds sweets to her. Vidhi goes to take Hariprasad’s blessings. He asks her Is she prepared well?
Vidhi assures him that she prepared well. She says to him that she wanna share one good news to him before leaving. Mom forgave him. She adds that not only him but also Bimla didn’t eat anything in night. Hariprasad tells her if someone have a daughter like her then all problems will be over. Later Dev sends all the best to Vidhi. Urmila comes there and asks Vidhi Is she prepared well for her exam this time? Is she gonna study with kids again like last year. Vidhi is pretty confident to write her exam better this time. Urmila thinks why did she always showing confident.
Later Dev advises Simi to concentrate on her studies and write her exam without fear. Uncle will take care of everything. Priya calls someone to come home asap before Dev leaving to office. Meanwhile Sathyavathi likes the idea of Dev and wishes to discuss with it to Priya. Priya asks them what’s that?
