The episode starts with Krish looking at the wedding photos and smiling. Meanwhile, Shweta thinks of running away to Dubai once she gets the custody papers. Krish messages Shweta to know she’s awake. He asks her to come to his room to see their wedding photos. Shweta wonders why he is messaging her now. Shweta refuses, saying that she’s tired and feeling sleepy.
He asks her to come to the doorstep. He has a surprise for her. Shweta obliges. Krish slides a heart shaped card on which I love you is written under the door. Shweta sees the card and thinks that he is gone mad in her love. He doesn’t know that their wedding won’t last even for 24 hours. She writes” I love you too” on the cards. She slides it under the door. Krish is happy to see Shweta’s message.
The morning, Dhara gifts Shweta a pair of gold earrings. Shweta is glad to see the gift and thinks that she has finally got a jewellery which she can take with her when she runs away. Rishita gifts Shweta a pair of silver anklets. Suman taunts Rishita for not gifting any gold jewellery that she has to Shweta. Dev says that he bought a pair of earrings for Rishita and scolds Rishita. The latter says that they were stolen and they all know who the thief was. Shweta wonders when Deven entered Rishita’s room. Rishita says that she still bought a gift for Shweta, but Dev scolds her. Dhara says that Rishita’s anklets are beautiful. Raavi gifts diamond earrings to Shweta. Rishita laughs and taunts Raavi that she’s gifting diamond earrings to show off that she has money.
She asks to give such costly gifts to other family members too. Rishita says to Shweta to accept the gift as she can’t refuse such a costly gift. Shweta takes the earrings and gives them to Rishita as a gift for Chutki. Dhara says to Shweta that Rishita is joking. But Rishita says that she accepts this gift as it’s for Chutki. She says that one day they will thank her for keeping this jewellery.
Dhara asks Rishita not to create scenes for small matters and asks her to act with maturity. Shweta says to Dhara to let it go as Rishita is her sister-in-law and her friend too. Shweta thinks of showing Rishita her real place when she gets the custodian’s papers. Just then, Shweta’s parents arrive. Gautam welcomes them in. Shweta’s parents gift a diamond jewellery set to everyone. Pandyas feels reluctant to accept this, but they accept when Shweta’s mom insists. Shweta’s parents say that they also got a gift for Shweta and Chiku.
Krish refuses to accept it. He says that Shweta and Chiku are their responsibility and they will get then what they’re capable of. Shweta’s parents request him to let them fulfill their duties towards Chiku as his grandparents. Dhara signs Krish to say yes. Krish agrees. Shweta opens the gift fast and finds a file. She reads it. Shweta’s dad says that he created a trust of his property and Chiku will be its owner from now on.
Shweta is shocked after reading the custody papers. She says to her parents that there is a printing mistake, the wrong name is written. Shweta’s mom says that there are not any printing mistakes. They made Dhara Chiku’s custodian after thinking a lot. She says that Dhara will take any decision related to Chiku till his 18 years and Chiku will receive two lakhs every month and Dhara will decide how to spend it for Chiku. Pandyas are shocked to hear this. Dhara says that they have made this decision without asking anyone of them. She says that Shweta has the first right to Chiku. She adds that she hardly knows her. Shweta’s mom says that they trust her after seeing her taking care of Chiku selflessly.
Dhara refuses to accept such a big responsibility. Shweta’s mom requests Dhara to accept it. She says that Gautam and Dhara could be better parents for Chiku despite Shweta being his mother. Rishita says that Shweta’s mom made the right decision. Shweta’s parents take leave. Shweta fumes in a rage that her parents foiled her Dubai plan and vows to take revenge on Dhara for trapping her property.

Precap: Krish finds Shweta’s passport and flight tickets in her bag. He searches for tickets with his and Chiku’s names. He doesn’t find them. Dev says to Krish that Shweta isn’t at home. Krish grows worried if Rishita’s doubts about Shweta weren’t right, if she hasn’t run away with the jewellery. He wonders what to tell the family.
