The episode starts with Simi saying to Satyavati that she is missing Vidhi. Vidhi and Dev returned home. Vidhi apologizes to them for being late. Chithra says to Vidhi that she wishes to eat her cooking. But she is so proud to see Vidhi is the head of the office. Priya says to Vidhi that they saw Chithra’s baby. Vidhi was happy to hear it. Satyavati says that she missed a happy moment because of her job. Vidhi is hurt to hear it. Later, Dev is talking with Kaushik on the phone. He had to do something that Amba shouldn’t have thought about it. Priya says to him that she will give him an idea for him. They had to take the same route as Amba’s to reach near her. Dev tells her that she was with her first. They believed her, so it was easy. It’s tough to reach her. Priya says that they have to make a smart move against her. Later, Dev notices Vidhi crying there. He inquires her what happened to her? Vidhi tells him that she is going to do this work for our family. But everyone is angry with her for this. Dev consoled her.
Dev tells her that everyone is united here because of her. He advises her to balance both family and office equally. Vidhi tells him that she understands everything. She won’t leave any chance to take care of her family. Later, Vidhi is arranging everything for her family. She prepares everything for the morning breakfast. She slips into sleep, placing her head on the dining table. Dev thinks that he can understand how much Vidhi is doing for this family. Satyavati thinks that Vidhi is always busy with her work. She isn’t worrying about the family at all. She had to talk with Dev about it. Dev takes her to bed. Satyavati comes there. She says to Dev that she broke the traditions for her daughter-in-law. She is happy to see her children are leading a happy life. But she doesn’t want to see her family breaking apart again. She wants to eat together. Dev consoles her. He says to her that she has office pressure. She has to understand her.
Dev wakes up and notices Vidhi isn’t there. Vidhi is doing the pooja there. Dev greets everyone. Vidhi serves breakfast to everyone according to their wish. Satyavati is impressed by her. She asks Vidhi to eat food with them. She says that she can eat food in the office. She is disappointed with her. Vidhi says to him that she will return home at the right time and take dinner with them. Later, Bimla complaints to Vidhi that she forgot her parents when she joined the office. If she is busy, not call them at least one time in a day. Vidhi apologizes to her. She says to her that Jai always cares about his business. Business is more important to him than anything. Bimla says that he was only like that. Bimla asks her to have a feast at her house on Sunday. She assures her to do it.
Later, the manager gives new files to koyal. Koyal tells him that she already has enough work pressure. She can’t handle this much. The manager tells her that Jai asked her to do it. She says to him that she isn’t well. The manager asks her to talk with Jai about it. Vidhi thinks that she has to do something for her team. She talks with the manager. She says to Koyal that she has to talk with Jai about it. She says that it’s waste of time. Hariprasad asks Bimla. Why didn’t she arrange the packet? She says to him that she is not interested in giving prasad packets to the sea food company. Hariprasad says to her that Raab gave their first order to them. Bimla says that he isn’t alive now. They shouldn’t do it anymore. She fears that he will create a scene in their family. They are doing this business so there is no need to do this work. Hariprasad consoles her.
Vidhi meets Jai and asks him why he is ignoring women’s health. He doesn’t know how much a girl goes through in her periods of time. She explains the situation to him. He asks her what he would do then? He can’t give 4 days’ leave to them. Vidhi advises him to give a woman’s friendly atmosphere to everyone. She gave her idea to them. Jai is impressed with her idea and agrees with her. Amba is lost in her thoughts. Yogesh meets her. Later, Bimla shows her new products to everyone. She explains the details to them. They decided to arrange a get-together party. Hariprasad hesitates. Dev convinces him. Later, Amba shares with Yogesh that no one is scared of her. Yogesh advises her not to give up.
