Episode begins with Aditya calls Kaashvi and informs her that his Delhi meeting is over and he will return soon. Kaashvi tells him that she is on a mission and she will talk to him later and disconnects the call. Aditya wonders Kaashvi talked about which mission.
Arjun asks Kaashvi that when she is getting married to Aditya. Kaashvi tells him that she won’t marry Aditya. She says that she don’t need a husband and she is happy alone. She adds that she and Aditya are good friends and they will stay like that always. He gets happy that Kaashvi don’t love Aditya. He thinks that he can’t leave Mahima because of Karun and without leaving Mahima, he can’t get Kaashvi.
They notices that there is smoke in the ml room. Nurse says that she just lit agarbatti. Simran struggles to breathe. Arjun goes to call the doctor. Simran tells Kaashvi that the latter’s child is alive. Kaashvi gets shocked hearing this. She asks Simran that how the latter know this. Simran says that 5 years back they exchanged Kaashvi’s child with dead child. She is about to say Geetika is behind this but dies. Arjun brings doctor there. Doctor tells them that Simran had been died. Kaashvi leaves from there.
After some time, Kaashvi walks on the road lifelessly. She recalls Simran’s words and asks herself that why it’s happening with her. She says that her child is alive and she died every moment thinking she lost her child. She asks God that why he punished her like that. She tells God that the latter snatched her husband and her child from her. She cries and she gets drenched in the rain. She wonders that how she is going to find her child. She says that she don’t even know that her child is a girl or a boy. And says that she will find her child no matter what. She adds that she will write her destiny.
Mahima asks Romila that what happened. Romila recalls that how she disguised herself as old lady and gave prasad and poisonous agarbatti to Simran’s nurse. She tells Mahima that their plan worked. She says that Kaashvi and police are fool. And she praises Mahima’s plan.
Kaashvi understands that attacker did not want Simran to reveal the truth. Aditya comes there and asks her that what happened. She tells him about Simran’s death and cries. He takes her to house. He scolds her for trusting Arjun’s plan. He blames her for Simran’s death.
Kaashvi tells Dadi that her child is alive. She tells Aditya that she need time to digest this truth and goes inside. Aditya tells Dadi that he was not aware of Kaashvi’s child.
Mahima tells Romila that Kaashvi won’t learn the truth never. Aditya apologizes to Kaashvi. He promises to support her always. Kaashvi tells him that she will find her child no matter what.
