The episode starts with Heer getting surprised seeing Naina at her but then recalls how Jarnail lost his temper seeing purple suit while Naina is wearing the same color. Heer tells Naina that she has got a beautiful suit stitched for her. Rajwinder notices Heer with someone and questions servant who the person is. Servant just informs that it’s Heer’s friend and Rajwinder wonders who can it be. Sartaj secretly looks on to keep an eye on Ranjha while Jarnail thinks inspite of so much happening Sartaj has come to meet Ranjha.
Naina tells Heer that she will try the dress later but she wanted to tell her something. She also questions Heer about looking worried but the latter doesn’t tell her anything. Sartaj comes to meet Ranjha but the latter gets angry at him recalling Jarnail’s harsh words against his mother. Ranjha asks Sartaj why he is not leaving him alone. Sartaj requests to give him a chance and listen to the truth he wants to tell him as he could not say it even to Santosh. Rajwinder is about to enter Heer’s room but misses to see Naina as she gets call from Jarnail who informs her about Sartaj’s whereabouts.
Naina tells Heer that she keeps seeing blurring memories but is unable to recall clearly. Heer requests her not to pressurize herself a lot. Sartaj tells Ranjha about the past when he and Rajwinder got married because of their parents. He says how he wanted to give a chance to the marriage but because of the difference in thinking of his and Rajwinder they kept having arguments. He says how he felt like stranger at his own home so he decided to stay away from them for a while.
Sartaj tells Ranjha how he met Santosh at Gurdwara and slowly fell in love with her because of her personality. He says one day he knew about Santosh’s pregnancy and decided to accept Santosh and child and leave his family. Naina tells Heer that she will try the suit given by her later. Heer thinks it will be a problem if Jarnail sees her in purple suit. Naina asks Heer for her wedding album. Sartaj says he had decided to leave Rajwinder and told her about Santosh. He says how he begged Santosh to keep his property but let him free. Rajwinder denied to accept his pleas.
After listening to Sartaj’s painful story, Ranjha told that he needs time to make any decision. Teji tells Rajwinder that Heer’s friend has come wearing purple suit. Rajwinder says Jarnail is about to return home and she should ask her friend to leave immediately. She gets shocked knowing Naina is at home. Jarnail brings property papers to get them signed by Sartaj and make him leave so that he can stay with Ranjha. Sartaj tells Jarnail that he doesnt want to lose one son to get another one. The episode ends with Jarnail arguing with Heer hearing which Naina comes out of the room. Jarnail loses his temper seeing Naina.
