Episode begins with Purvi reaches the police station and tells Police inspector that she want to meet Virendra. He informs her that Virendra’s case shifted to his village and that village police took Virendra with them. Juhi asks Purvi that won’t Virendra return now. Purvi assures her saying that she will bring Virendra home soon. Next day, Purvi meets Virendra in the jail. She apologizes to him saying that she is responsible for his condition.
He tells her that she wanted to live alone and now she can do that because Daksh is not alive and he is in the jail. She tells him that she never wanted this to happen. She says to him that she will get him out of the jail as soon as possible. He tells her that he don’t know about court verdict but he never wanted to kill Daksh and he point the gun at his hand only. She tells him that their destiny playing with them and he will prove his innocence.
After some time, Purvi meets Lawyer and tells him that Daksh’s death is just an accident and asks him to get Virendra out of the jail. He tells her that he will try his best to get Virendra out of the jail. Next day, Lawyer assures Purvi that court verdict will be in their favor. Police brings Virendra to the court. Nani’s Lawyer tells Judge that Virendra shoot Daksh and even Virendra confessed his crime in his statement. He asks him to give severe punishment to Virendra.
Purvi’s Lawyer tells Judge that it’s not a murder case but self defense case. He reveals that Daksh tried to rape Purvi so to save her Virendra shoot Daksh. Nani’s Lawyer tells Judge that Purvi’s Lawyer lying. He calls Nani to the witness box. Nani tells Judge that Virendra killed Daksh deliberately. She pleads him to punish Virendra. Prakashi tells Judge that Virendra is mad for Purvi and Daksh and Purvi’s marriage was about to happen so it’s obvious that in anger Virendra killed Daksh.
Anjali tells Judge that everyone pleaded Virendra to drop the gun but he didn’t listen them. Veer also gives statement against Virendra which shocks the latter. Nani’s Lawyer tells Judge that everyone’s statement proves that it’s a murder case not self defense case. He asks him to punish Virendra for his crime. Purvi asks her Lawyer to say something. He tells her that even Virendra’s family giving statement against Virendra then what can he say. He and Prakashi stares each other. Prakashi recalls that how she gave money to Purvi’s Lawyer to lose the case.
Judge announces that he will give the verdict after the break. Virendra asks Purvi that does she also thinks that he killed Daksh deliberately. She tells him that she believes him and court will decide their future. He tells her that he don’t care about court verdict and only her opinion matters for him.
After some time, Judge announces that it’s proved that Virendra killed Daksh deliberately and gives hanging verdict for Virendra. He tells Police to complete the verdict within two weeks. Purvi pleads Judge to change the verdict. He tells her that only evidence matters in the court. He advices her to re appeal in supreme court.
