Episode begins with Venky thinks that what if Rudraksh says everything to Preesha so he should do something and he gets an idea. He goes to Preesha and takes her from there. Rudraksh follows them. Venky gives gifts to them and bless them to stay together always. She gets emotional. Rudraksh thanks Venky and asks him that what’s the need of gifts now. Venky praises Preesha and tells her that Rudraksh also supports her always.
Later, Rudraksh thinks that Venky showed him that how much emotional Preesha is towards her brother so she won’t listen anything against him. He calls Dr Radha and tells her that he want to discuss about Venky’s case. She asks him to meet her tomorrow. Preesha asks Rudraksh that what is he doing. He tells her that Venky needs to lead a normal life that’s why he talked about it to Dr Radha and he is going to meet her tomorrow. She tells him that she will accompany him. He thinks that it’s necessary to know that why Venky lying to them.
Next day, Sharda asks Preesha that why she is not practicing for sangeet. Preesha tells her and Vasudha that Rudraksh wants Venky to do job so they are going to visit Dr Radha to know about Venky’s medical condition. Venky overhears their conversation. After some time, in the hospital Preesha and Rudraksh asks Dr Radha about Venky’s current medical condition. Dr Radha tells them that Venky would have recovered a lot after staying with family. She checks Venky’s report and tells them that his progress is slow and she don’t think that Venky is ready to face the world now.
Rudraksh wonders that how is this possible and he leaves the cabin to pick the call. He notices Venky with hospital staff and returns to Dr Radha’s cabin. Preesha thanks Rudraksh for thinking about Venky this much and they leaves from hospital. Venky sees them leaving and thinks that Rudraksh can’t catch him no matter what. He recalls that how he told Vasudha that he want to get some rest and went to his room. He reaches the hospital and gives bribe to hospital staff to change his report. He decides to ruin Mishka’s sangeet.
Rudraksh tells Preesha that he forgot his mobile in the hospital. He asks Preesha to leave for Khurana house and he will return after getting his mobile. He apologizes to her on his mind. He reaches the hospital and asks that hospital staff about Venky’s medical report. He slaps him and threatens to call the Police. Hospital staff reveals about fake report and bribe.
Rudraksh gets an original report from him and learns that Venky is normal completely. He reaches the house with report. Preesha snatches the report from him and puts it aside and takes him to begin puja. Venky puts the report on fire and acts like he got an attack. Everyone gets worried for Venky and takes him from there. Rudraksh gets worried seeing the report.
