The episode starts with Shiva saying to Gautam that he made a stranger by hiding the truth from him. Gautam says that his brothers are his strength and he hid the truth from them as he didn’t want them to get hurt too. Gautam says that he fulfilled a brother and son’s duty, but failed in husband’s duty. Suman says that Gautam was bearing lot of pain and tension alone and says that he could come to her and cry placing his head over her lap. Gautam bursts out in tears. Suman consoles Gautam saying that God will save Dhara and her daughter like he saved Shiva and Raavi’s relationship.
Gautam says that he will be shattered if anything happen to his daughter. Suman assures Gautam that nothing will happen to her as she’s Suman Pandya’s daughter in law. Rishita consoles Dev and says that they have to take a second opinion of another gynecologist. She suggests shifting Dhara to a better hospital that she knows. She says that there are three best gynecologist there, but they will be always occupied, but they can treat Dhara if Kamini helps them. Dev requests Rishita to take Kamini’s help and says that he’s ready to do anything to save Dhara.
Rishita is in call with Kalyani. She requests Kalyani to help her. Kamini signs Kalyani to put the phone on speaker. Kalyani obeys. Kalyani says that she can’t do anything and asks her to call Kamini. Rishita calls Kamini and says about Dhara’s health condition and requests her to talk to doctor Seth and shift Dhara to their hospital on priority bases.Kalyani agrees and says that Rishita has to help her in return when she will need her help. Rishita agrees. Shiva argues with a doctor for not bringing Dhara to conscious. The doctor scolds Shiva for misbehaving with a doctor and warns to call police to throw him out.
Shiva tries to hit her, but Raavi stops him and takes him apart. Dev apologizes to the doctor. Raavi requests the doctor to not call the police and says that Shiva is very tensed. He loves Dhara very much and can do anything for the loved ones. Suman also apologizes to the doctors on behalf of Shiva and asks to not call the police. Raavi talks to Shiva and asks him to not make the situation worse by fighting with the doctor. Shiva breaks down in front of Raavi. Raavi asks Shiva to take deep breath and he obeys.
Dev asks Gautam where Dhara’s medical file is. Gautam says that he has given the files to Anita. Raavi asks why he gave it to Anita. Gautam says that Dhara found the file from the hiding place then he hid it behind the temple. Krish says that he got the file. Gautam says that then he gave it to Anita. He says that Anita was aware of Dhara’s condition since the beginning. Raavi wonders what magic Anita has done on Gautam that he trusted her and prays to God to save Gautam and Dhara from Anita.
Rishita calls Anita and tells about Dhara’s condition and asks her to bring the file. Anita argues with Rishita for not inviting her for the party. Rishita scolds Anita and hangs the call asking her to bring the file. Anita is happy that Dhara’s isn’t well. Anita bumps into Prafulla and says about Dhara’s health condition and says about the Dhara’s medical file that Gautam handed to her. Prafulla is surprised that Gautam trusted Anita and gave her his wife’s medical file. Anita says that Gautam told only to her about Dhara’s fetus abnormal development. Prafulla wants to accompany Anita to the hospital, but Anita refuses to take her along. Anita takes the file from the cupboard and imagines dancing with Gautam. At the hospital Rishita wonders why Anita hasn’t reached yet with the file. Doctors see that Dhara’s pulse is fluctuating and get worried. They wonder why her family isn’t taking any decision yet.
Doctor asks Krish to get some medicine. Shiva goes with Krish. Gautam asks doctor about Dhara’s condition. Doctor says that there’s no improvement and asks Gautam to take a decision fast. Gautam cries and blames himself for Dhara’s condition. Suman reassures Gautam saying that God will make everything fine. Gautam says that Dhara is his everything and he doesn’t want only Dhara. He says that he made his decision and goes to inform the doctor about it. Suman stops Gautam and reminds him that he isn’t only a husband, but also a father now.
The episode ends.
Precap: Dhara reads her medical file. Gautam apologizes to Dhara for failing to save their baby. Dhara is shocked.
