Episode begins with Bunty visits Preesha’s home and tells Preesha that Bubbles told him about her visit. She tells him that he didn’t tell her that Bubbles is sick. He tells her that Bubbles is fine and it’s just a normal fever. She tells him that he is lying and she reminds him that she is a Doctor. She reveals that she knows about Bubbles kidney failure. She informs him that she saw Bubbles medical file and she even visited the hospital to know the complete truth. She recalls that how she got to know that Bubbles getting treatment from last one year. She asks him that why he hided this truth from her. He tells her that he didn’t want to tell anyone about it. He requests her to not tell anyone about it.
She shows scholarship papers to him. He gets shocked seeing that. She asks him that how can he betray Rudraksh that too for money. He denies her accusations. She recalls that how she confronted Bubbles about her kidney failure and also about scholarship papers. Bubbles tells her that they needed lot of money for treatment that’s why Bunty scammed. She recalls that how Bunty revealed to her about school scholarship scam. She tries to make him understand that he is doing wrong but he didn’t listen her. She asks Preesha to not tell about it to Rudraksh because it will ruin Bunty and Rudraksh’s relationship. She assures her saying that she and Bunty will return all the money. Preesha tells her that she can understand her but she can’t hide this huge truth from Rudraksh. She shows her and Bubbles conversation video to Bunty.
He confesses that he is behind school scholarship scam. He tells her that he didn’t had any other choice because he desperately wanted to save Bubbles. He pleads her to not tell Rudraksh about it. She tells him that she has to tell the truth to Rudraksh. He tells her that everything will be ruined and Bubbles kidney transplant won’t happen. She tells him that now Rudraksh will decide that what he want to do with the latter. She takes her mobile to call Rudraksh. He takes the showpiece and he is about to attack her but Rudraksh stops him. He realises that Preesha lied to him.
Rudraksh beat him up for betraying him. Bunty tells him that he will return all the money. Rudraksh asks him that how can the latter play with him. He tells him that he trusted him blindly. He says that Bunty deserves punishment. Bunty gets shocked hearing him and he asks Preesha to make Rudraksh understand. Rudraksh calls Police inspector. Bunty asks Preesha that how can she deceive him when he didn’t tell anyone about her secret. Police is about to arrest Bunty but the latter escapes from there. Preesha asks Rudraksh to understand Bunty’s situation.

Precap – Preesha tells Rudraksh that Ruhi is his daughter. Bunty plans to separate Ruhi from Rudraksh.
