The episode starts with Purab calling Sawri. Thapki attends the call like Sawri and asks why he called her. Purab asks her to come to their house at 8 pm for a press conference. Thapki thinks how can I be two people at the same time. Veena asks family members to start the Holika Dhahan. Sapna stops them telling Sagar is nowhere. Veena says Sagar is not a kid so he will come and asks Vinod to lit Holika Dahan. Vinod is about to light Holika Dhahan but Priyanka stops him and takes a selfie video and brings out Sagar by throwing water at his face. Everyone questions why she did it. Priyanka lies to them telling them she did for their company promotion. Veena warns her to not repeat it. Priyanka tells Sagar that she won’t repay it and thinks to teach him a lesson.
Veena asks Vinod to start it. Purab stops him telling him one more family member needs to come. Vinod asks who. Purab signs towards Thapki. Thapki joins them. Hansika thinks to do something big to stop Purab from going towards Thapki. Veena asks who called her. Purab says I called her. Veena asks if he forgot what she did to Sargam. Purab says everyone has a right to god and she leaves after Pooja. Dadi agrees. Purab asks can they start pooja. Veena agrees. Vinod lits the Holika Dhahan. Thapki and Purab perform a pooja. Hansika joins them. Veena smiles and tells Hansika that she did good by coming her right. Fire emits highly from Dhahan. Hansika goes back leaving Aarti plate. Dadi smiles. Purab and Thapki finish the Aarti before Hansika comes to hold it again.
Vinod receives a call and tells Veena that media people arrived, where is Sawri. Veena asks Purab about Sawri. Purab tells Sawri said she will come on time and he calls her again. Thapki goes to Storeroom and notices cloth bag is Missing. Hansika burns that bag and thinks there is no need for Sawri identity as her work is done and now Thapki will get blamed for Sawri not attending the press conference. Media people ask Veena about Sawri. Purab announces that Sawri Ji will come soon. Veena asks him what happened. Purab tells her Sawri is not attending calls. Hansika asks why they look tense. Veena says Sawri didn’t come yet. Hansika says Sawri came and Thapki takes her with her, seems like she wants to spoil the event. Veena asks Purab if he saw how Thapki is returning his favour. Purab asks her to not overthink and he goes to check Thapki but he didn’t find her.
Media people question them where is Sawri Ji. Purab engages them by playing the teaser of their song. Veena asks Purab if he finds Thapki. Purab denies. Veena asks if Thapki kidnapped Sawri j. Purab asks if she feels Thapki stoop that low. Veena asks where is her then. Purab tells he doesn’t Know. Thapki comes there wearing salwar hiding her face and she performs like Sawri and entertains everyone. Hansika thinks Thapki may gain family sympathy if they find Thapki is Sawri Ji. Media people ask Sawri to show her face. Purab asks Sawri if she wants to show her face? Veena tells media that veil is in their custom and she will show her face when she is comfortable so give her some time. Sawri agrees and tells them that she wants to get recognised with her voice, not with her face. Purab tells them tomorrow will be the launch and hope it will be hit like previous tracks. Media people leave. Sapna asks why Sawri wore a dress of Thapki. Purab asks her about the same. Thapki looks on.
