Episode begins with Sanjay informs Pramod that he checked all the transaction of their new project and Paragi is right because there is lot of issues in the accounts. Pramod tells him that the latter checked the accounts because he trust Paragi over him. Sanjay tells him that it’s good that he checked because he got to know that everything is happening on his name. And that’s why Paragi’s office called him for an enquiry. Pramod tells him that he made no mistake and the latter doing mistake by trusting Paragi. He says to him that everything is fine in the accounts. Sanjay tells him that he gets suspicious of him seeing his behaviour. Vinod comes there.
On the other hand, Shiva meets Paragi at her office. Paragi asks her that what the latter doing there. She adds that Chanda searching her. Shiva tells her that she came to apologize to her. Paragi doubts Shiva’s sudden change. Shiva apologize to Paragi and gives sweet box to her. Paragi tells her that she don’t trust her and Atul so she won’t forgive them. She asks her to not visit office without getting permission because it’s not home. She forces Shiva to leave from there. Shiva thinks that she didn’t get a chance to do her work. She asks her to meet Chanda and leaves from there. Paragi wonders that why Shiva came.
Vinod scolds Sanjay for accusing Pramod. Sanjay tells him that documents have his signature but he didn’t sign on those documents. He says to him that he is not accusing Pramod but just questioning him. Vinod asks Pramod that if the latter knows anything about fraud and Sanjay’s signature. Pramod shook his head. Vinod tells Sanjay to take Paragi and Pramod’s help to solve the issue. Sanjay nods at him and leaves from there. Vinod asks Pramod to not take Sanjay’s words seriously. Pramod blames Paragi for Sanjay’s behaviour. Vinod tells him that he trust Paragi too.
Batra informs Paragi about enquires and meeting with educational minister. He notices that she applied dark lipstick and he informs about it to her indirectly. Paragi hopes that Sanjay checked the accounts and if he trust her then only she can save him. Meanwhile, Pramod informs Baby that Sanjay is suspecting him. She asks him to control his anger. He tells her that Vinod trust him so much and he feels guilty for deceiving his brother. She tells him that they earned this much money because of the way he does business. He tells her that he feels better after listening her. He asks her about Shiva. She tells him that they has to wait. He tells her that they don’t have much time.
Paragi meets Chanda. Shiva informs them that Atul left to find out a job. Paragi and Chanda goes inside. Shiva takes Paragi’s mobile and Paragi returns to take her mobile. So Shiva puts Paragi’s mobile in Paragi’s bag before Paragi sees her with mobile. Later, Paragi gives head massage to Sanjay. He tells her that she was right about fraud. He adds that he feels like Pramod is involved in this fraud but he is not sure. She tells him that he won’t get punished because he is innocent. She demands a hug from him. He hugs her.
