Episode begins with Deepika calls Suman and tells her to inform Aditi. Suman asks Deepika to tell her. Deepika says how can I share, you should do it, you are family. In the rehab reception, the receptionist says we can’t give you information. Deepika says I am his doctor. So the receptionist transfers the call to Cedric. Cedric introduces himself. Deepika feels she knows him, before Deepika can reveal her nMe, Cedric says it’s Vikrant Saxena right, he is my friend and he is corporating and if it continues he can go through detox faster. He cuts the call. Deepika wonders who can it be. Here, Abhay takes the lead in talking about the new case to Vinayak. Abhay answers all the questions of Vinayak rightly. Dr. Shetty compliments Abhay. Vinayak says you won’t be assisting me in any operations and you are not ready to enter any OT. Abhay says but why? I proved myself last time in OT. Vinayak says there is a difference between doctor and surgeon.
Vinayak says you have your theories on point but not practical, you can be a doctor but not a surgeon, you can just learn and mug but you don’t have confidence. Vinayak says I wish your father made you stronger, but alas with this attitude you can’t be a surgeon in this lifetime. Abhay says my ex father didn’t have any courag so he feared the responsibility and left me and my mom but my mom was brave enough to raise me and make me be this person so I am not afraid of what you think of me, I will not assist you but I will become a bigger cardiac surgeon then you. Vinayak says okay. Abhay goes to chief and finds DC on floor. Abhay saves him and informs Deepika.
Deepika rushes and Vinayak says DC has some heart condition and he needs a valve on urgent basis. Deepika is surprised to know Abhay was working with his ex dad all this while. Deepika asks DC why he didn’t tell her about his condition. Vinayak says we don’t have time and need to do this asap. Deepika says so when can you do it? Vinayak says I am busy today. Deepika says DC is head of cardiac how can you ignore him. Dr. Shetty comes and says that we don’t have the required valve here and it will take some days. Vinayak says we can’t wait for days. Dr. Shetty says another hospital nearby has it. DC asks Abhay to accompany him in the ambulance whereas Deepika asks to be part of it too. DC says with Vikrant not here, you need to be here just then ER sees a critical situation so she stays.
Here, Vikrant asks Usmaim for medications as he is a doctor and he knows the medication but nurse says no and feels helpless. Vikrant says please atleast let me call someone. Usmain agrees and lets him call. Vikrant calls Deepika but it goes to voicemail. Vikrant tells in the voicemail how the owner is a rivalry and is taking revenge. Here, Deepika and Ansari take the ER patient. Ansari says if Vikrant would have been here we could have done things faster.
Abhay takes DC in an ambulance and does the required. Here, Ansari remembers the patient being a old guy who came earlier. Ansari asks the pateint why he did delay. Peroz tries to see how much the patient is critical. The patient says I did all the things I wished to do in life, I went to lonavala and all. Peroz says to Ansari we should do something fast. Here, Deepika is in surgery and asks Sia to call and ask Abhay about DC. Sia says I can’t please ask someone else. Deepika does so.
Here, Abhay calls Vinayak says have you done it before? Abhay says no but we need to or else DC won’t live. Vinayak tells on call while Abhay does it successfully, shocking Vinayak. Here, Deepika and Sia are in locker room while Sia reveals how Abhay cheated on her and had feelings for some other girl. Deepika says I am surprised that Abhay did this. Deepika makes Sia understand how it’s not about you and not everything is black and white you should not lose hope and strength. Sia cries. Deepika helps her and consoles her. Deepika leaves.
Deepika hears Vikrant’s voicemail and calls back on the number. Usmain tells Deepika how Vikrant is going under a lot. Deepika worries and leaves for rehab. Here, Ansari tries to save the patient and Peroz says let him die peacefully atleast and it’s your guilt due to which he will get more tortured. The patient dies. Ansari feels bad. Peroz says now no one will claim him also. Ansari says I will claim him. Peroz looks on. Here, Deepika comes to rehab center. Cedric says oh you are Deepika, Vikrant’s doctor come wife. Deepika says you are Cedric who was caught cheating by Vikrant? Cedric says it was only one exam. Deepika says you have no professionalism, I will make your rehab shut.
Cedric says okay do it but then Vikrant and his career will also go away as it will be revealed how Vikrant did operations under the influence of drugs. Cedric warns Deepika not to take a rash decision as my rehab record is clean. Deepika says but you tortured Vikrant? Cedric says he deserves it. Cedric says you do whatever you want, you and Vikrant will lose more as we have a good track record, so in the investigation Vikrant will lose his career and ego. Cedric says it will be fun to see Vikrant to go in jail. Deepika worries. Deepika says I want to take Vikrant right now. Cedric says I will be sad as I wanted Vikrant for more time. Deepika asks where is Vikrant? Cedric asks Usmain to take her.
In the hospital, Ansari comes to Sia and says you were right, I have ego and I thought a lot of myself but I was wrong and you were right. Ansari says I discharged a patient and thought it was all okay but patient came back in worse condition, I always thought you got it in a nice platter but I struggled, but I was wrong. Sia says you think I will forgive you? But I won’t you are the worst for me.
Deepika comes to Vikrant and calms him down. Vikrant gets happy to see Deepika. He begs her to take him back. They hug. Deepika asks him to relax. Deepika gives him medication and they hug. Here, Vinayak talks to DC and says good to hear it went well. Vinayak praises Abhay and DC also does so. DC says I think you should consider Abhay for passing on your legacy. Vinayak says I think you need rest and I will take care of FMS. Abhay comes to Vinayak and gives update. Vinayak says Abhay well done you did well today, I was wrong about you, you can be a great surgeon and I have decided to train you and make you cardio thoracic surgeon, your mom raised you so well, I will talk to DC and take you to MG hospital. Vinayak gives his sthethoscope as an award. Abhay remembers his childhood and says no thanks, I have this sthethoscope given by my aai and I will use this only. Abhay leaves while Vinayak says stop. Abhay meets Girija in hallway while Abhay makes her sit. Vinayak sees Girija and is shocked. Abhay and Vinayak look at each other while Girija hasn’t seen Vinayak. Here, Deepika brings Vikrant to her home. Vikrant says I always imagined my life and our home like this.
