The episode starts with Neelu saying to Mansi that someone found her baby from the river Ganga. But she isn’t alive when he found her. Few of them knew about it. She tells her that she is saying the truth. Komal thinks that she has to find the truth. Mansi asks Neelu not to reveal the truth to anyone. She offers money to her. Neelu assures her that she won’t reveal. Mansi asks the God if she doesn’t want to allow her to meet her baby. Then why did she give a fake hope to her. She breaks down in tears. Komal is trying to find the truth. Neelu asks Anand if he find out what was his wife doing behind his back. Neelu says that she needs his trust. That is why she didn’t reveal the truth to her. Anand asks her not to play with him. Neelu tells him that his daughter is alive. She is aware who is his daughter and what she is doing? Anand asks her who she is? Meanwhile, Doree notices Vansh in the classroom. She says to Satho that this monkey is here. She isn’t scared of this monkey. Doree listens to the teacher. She says to Satho that we can hear everything from here. We don’t want to pay fees for it.
Ganga Prasad is struggling to pay the fees. We shouldn’t spend money to study. We can help dad in this way. Ganga Prasad asks Neelu to say about his daughter. Neelu asks him to say what he will give to her first. He asks her what she need? She says to him that she wants to be with him. She isn’t asking him to marry her. She just need a little place in his life. He assures with her. He asks her to reveal the details about his daughter. Mansi hears their voice and about to check. Komal slips down. She shouts for help. Mansi asks Neelu to help Komal. Neelu says to Mansi that Komal’s water break down. She might admit her in the hospital. Mansi says that she has to take her to the Haveli. Her delivery might take place there or else Kailash Devi will get angry at them. Neelu thinks that they hide Doree’s birth like this. Mansi tried to call Raj but he isn’t attending her call. Neelu asks Mansi to do something asap or else these three will die. The police arrive there. Neelu shares everything with her. Ganga Prasad asks them to take her to his house. He will call the doctor there.
Doree asks Mansi to take Komal to her house. She shouldn’t worry about her. Nothing will happen to her. Neelu thinks that both knew well but they doesn’t know what was their relationship. The police asks them to take Komal to Ganga Prasad’s house. Anand thinks that mom will get angry on Mansi for it. Meanwhile, Kailash Devi is cooking Komal’s favourite sweets. She learns from Raj that Komal got delivery pain. She asks him to take her to the room. He tells her that he has no idea when she went out. She is shocked to hear that Komal is in Basti. She fumes with rage. Kailash Devi says to him that Komal will give birth in this Haveli. He says to her that it may risk. What if something happen to them. Kailash Devi asks the servant to arrange the room. She will give the birth here. Lakshman asks her if she fears that Komal gives birth to a girl outside. Everyone will find out that she given a birth to a girl. She can’t do anything then. Kailash Devi says that she ic confident. Komal will give birth to a boy. No one gave birth to a girl in this house yet. Sudha says that she will accompany her. Kailash Devi asks her not dare to think about go near Komal.
Kailash Devi demands Sudha not to come out of her room until Komal give birth to her babies. Lakshman fumes hearing it. Meanwhile, Komal is in delivery pain. She refuses to drink water. She asks Mansi to call the doctor asap. Neelu asks Anand to bring the doctor. Kailash Devi comes there searching for Komal. She says that Komal will give birth in her Haveli. The police says that she can’t play with their lives. Doree brings the doctor there. She says that she brought the doctor.
