The episode starts with Pakhi and her family getting shocked watching the news about Ishan being involved in kidney trafficking. Pakhi turns off the TV and says that this all a lie. Ishan can never do like this. Agastya says that Ishan called Pakhi to Karthar’s place. He invesgated about it. Pakhi shouts at Agastya asking why he is investigating, if he’s a police officer. Pakhi’s mother calms Pakhi down. Pakhi aunty taunts Pakhi for loving a wrong guy.
The constable tells Virat that Natasha is working as Agastya’a assistance. Virat gets suspicious of Agastya and asks the constable to watch out Agastya closely. Later Virat investigate in the hospital where Ishan works. A doctor says that Ishan takes good care of the children. Virats checks AC winds. Pakhi demands to see Ishan. Agastya brings Pakhi to the hospital. He shows the some human organs packed in plastic bags. He says that Ishan kills his patients, who has very less time to live, to steal their organs. Pakhi looks shocked.
Shubham says to his dad that people are doubting Ishan on the bases of false accusations. His dad says that they also blamed Pakhi wrongly and hopes that she will forgive him. Shubham assures that Pakhi will as she’s a sensible girl. Agastya gives the constable the name list of the patients whose kidneys Ishan stole. He says that only Aisha is left. He was planning to steal her organs too during her operation. Virat comes there and asks how he got to know about the organs he found. Agastya says that he is funding this hospital, so he got the information the moment he found the organs. Pakhi can’t believe like Ishan can do like this. She asks how Ishan can think of doing like this with Aisha.
Pakhi comes to Aisha. Aish asks if he got married to Ishan. Pakhi says that her eyes opened before wedding. Agastya sees them. She assures Aisha that she will be fine now. Aisha says that Ishan promised her that she will be fine after her operation. Pakhi runs from there crying. Pakhi cries remembering all the happenings and Agastya’s words. Pakhi says that the Universe gave her lot of signs that Ishan is wrong, but she ignored it. She was blinded by her love that she didn’t even listen to Agastya. Pakhi’s engagement ring falls on the floor. Pakhi leaves from there teary eyes. Agastya picks the ring up.
Shubham and his dad argue with the doctor, who says that the management doesn’t want to keep Ishan in the hospital due to the media’s pressure. Agastya comes there and says to the doctor that he will handle this. He says to Ishan’s father that he will shift Ishan from here with all the necessary equipments. Ishan’s dad agrees. Agastya comes to Ishan. He says that Pakhi’s engagement is his and he has the rights to make Pakhi wear it. Ishan is Pakhi’s biggest mistake and he is the Universe, who will fix all her mistakes.
Pakhi’s dad pacifies Pakhi and says that soon world will know that she’s innocent. Agastya arrives there and says that definitely it will happen. Pakhi’s parents leave asking Agastya to handle Pakhi. Agastya shows Pakhi the engagement ring. Pakhi says that she doesn’t want anything related to Ishan. Agastya says that Ishan lost the ring he made for Pakhi in the engagement day, so he gave him his dad’s ring. He says that Ishan asked him to keep it away from her, so he didn’t say her anything. Pakhi says that she wants to forget whatever happened. She says that she will be fine. She asks him to not waste his life on her. Agastya says that he doesn’t have life without her. He promises to be with Pakhi and protect her from any trouble. Pakhi throws her wedding outfit saying that she doesn’t want to keep anything related to Ishan’s.
Ishan’s dad thanks Agastya for helping to shift Ishan here and leaves. The nurse notices Ishan’s finger moving and tells Agastya that Ishan can come out of the coma anytime. Agastya looks on.
