The episode starts with Pakhi getting thrown out of the house by a woman. The woman refuses to return Pakhi her money. Lila says to Prema that Pakhi should agree to marry Agastya for her family’s sake. Neelima says that it’s not necessary to get married to save family from crisis. Pakhi comes there and says that Dadi is right. She says that she will work hard and solve their crisis. Lila taunts Pakhi that she has been trying since six days, but she can’t do anything. Neelima says to Prema that they will wait for Pakhi’s answer. She says that she hopes that it will be a yes. She takes leave. Pakhi says that she can’t. Prema says that she doesn’t ask her to marry Agastya to save their family. Because Agastya will never judge her. He loves her, but never confessed it to her and moreover it’s her dad’s last wish. Prema says that fine, no one will speak about it hereafter. She says that she will call Neelima and will refuse.
Prema cries remembering Sameer. She asks why she left him. She says that life is certain and what if she’s no more in the future and worries what will happen with her daughters. She says that Lila will not hesitate to throw her daughters out of the house. Maybe Sameer knows this, so he wanted Pakhi to marry Agastya to have a support, but now this won’t happen as Pakhi didn’t love Agastya. She cries saying that she can’t fulfill his last wish. Pakhi cries silently seeing this.
Pakhi comes to Agastya and says that she can’t marry him. She doesn’t want to spoil her best friend’s life. She says that marriage is a big commitment and she doesn’t want to snatch his happiness to secure his life. She says that Agastya is smart and he deserves better girl. She further says that her life has changed and she is scared that her mother commits suicide hearing people’s taunts. She says that she doesn’t want to drag Agastya in her problems. Agastya makes Pakhi sit. He gets ice creams for Pakhi. He reminds Pakhi how he got her ice creams every time she was upset. He says that he gets happiness on seeing Pakhi happy. He adds that he can’t get a perfect girl like Pakhi. They have been sharing their happiness and sadness till now, but it’s time to give a new name to their friendship. He asks her to never say that she’s snatching his happiness because she’s his happiness. Pakhi says that she’s not same Pakhi now, she forgot to smile. She says that maybe she’s not ready for the marriage. Agastya says that he will wait and they will be best friends till she will be ready then they will give a new direction to their life.
Prema says to Pakhi that it’s good she met Agastya. Pakhi says to Prema to call Neelima and says that she’s ready to marry Agastya. Prema hugs Pakhi getting elated. Prema asks if she hasn’t agreed due to pressure. Pakhi says that she already made a wrong decision and doesn’t want to make one more. She hopes to keep Agastya happy. Prema assures Pakhi that she will be happy with Agastya.
Pakhi cries remembering Ishan. Naina song plays in the BG. Pakhi says that she loved Ishan whole heartly and her love for him is unchanged despite of what all happened. She says that she doesn’t want to be dumb and says that she has to become responsible. She hopes that Ishan gets well soon, but his chapter in her life is over from now and she will never meet him. At the hospital, Ishan opens his eyes and remembers Pakhi. Neelima says to Agastya that finally his dream is going to fulfilled. Agastya says that Pakhi is finally going to be his and no one can snatch her from him now.
Prema comes to Pakhi and asks if she hasn’t tried her lehenga that came after altering. She finds that Pakhi is sad. She advises that even sadness has the limit else it can harm her. She says that sadness can be end. She asks Pakhi to get ready as they have go to Agastya’s house. Pakhi remembers Ishan and removes the duppata from her head. Pakhi’s uncle comes and says that he starts to get lot of orders after Pakhi decided to marry Agastya and says that she took right decision. Prema says that Pakhi’s smile will come back after marrying Agastya. Pakhi’s alter ego says to Pakhi that she’s sacrifying for her family’s sake and asks if she will be able to love his best friend. Pakhi looks on.
Precap: Agastya and Pakhi get married. Agastya an anonymous letter in which it’s written the expediter says that he has proofs for Agastya’s all crimes.
