Imlie 16th September 2023 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts with Imlie saying she deserves a chance and she can’t get rejected by their boss. Agastya says she is not educated and he needs class in his super chef but she is not a good fit for this role. She has no class. Her name also reflects her poor status. She has written bad language on the form as well. She also fooled him by taking lift. His assistant tells him to empathise with her but he tries to leave. Imlie says the boss is scared of her talent so he is throwing her out. If she opens a shop in front of his shop then everyone will come to her shop only. Agastya gets offended and he announces that she has to boil milk and if she fails then she will be rejected.
Imlie gets excited and she first gets confused seeing the gas stove. Somehow she starts boiling the milk and Agastya signals his men to drop a coin there to distract Imlie. Imlie picks it up thinking whose it is. He disqualifies her again saying the milk got burnt. The burning smell will ruin the taste of the dessert and he will suffer loss because of her. Imlie says he did that knowingly to make her lose. She says though she is a poor but she has the right to dream as well. She leaves after venting out her frustration. Sonali overhears that and smiles. She taunts Agastya for getting scolded by a poor person. He says he didn’t select her thus she abused him.
He taunts Sonali back for not even receiving criticism. She calls him illegitimate and he says he can go to court to ask for his rights. He is capable of handling business but she doesn’t have the ability. Agastya’s step mother comes and taunts him using his mother’s name. She says his mother snatched her husband. Agastya says she couldn’t give him the respect which he got from his mother. Sonali says she will destroy his business completely. He replies she is nothing without the surname so she should be careful before challenging him. His brother praises Agastya for his befitting reply.
Imlie shares her worries with her friends in bar and they ask her not to be upset. Her boss tells her to go to temple to present songs there as here she won’t be able to get respect. She says but Agastya didn’t select her because she is poor. Her boss tells her to pretend like she is rich. She sings song in front of a rich person and asks for his favour to get selected in the competition. He gets impressed hearing her song and helps her. She goes in his car and thinks maybe this plan will work by God’s grace.
Precap- Agastya screams at the driver for reckless driving and Imlie comes out of the car which shocks him.
