The episode starts with Niharika exercising and Manav teases her. Niharika leaves to get ready. Holkar says Manav that he’s relieved that he’s there to take care of Niharika. Manav says it’s his duty but also asks him to not misunderstand it. Ayesha comes there and thanks him for taking care of her mother. She asks him to do the same in office. Manav says that he can’t deny when she asks him to.
Niharika comes to Vaibhav in jail and says that she’s broken to see his condition. She asks him not to worry as she will definitely take him out of jail. She asks him to use his contacts to get her two modelling contracts and she would easily shine and get him out soon. Vaibhav laughs at her overconfidence and says that did she really think that a mother of a boy got offers for modelling because of her talent. He says that it’s him who spent money on her to trap her in his plan.
Sakshi is getting ready for office when Yadhu says asks her to pack aloo paratha for lunch. He yeses her to have lunch date with Manav. Vaibhav says that the thing that she’s so proud of being ex Ms. Indore which was also bought by her father by bribing the Judges. He says that she’s literally worthless who thinks herself to be someone superior. He says that if he thought well, his life would’ve been much better if he didn’t desired her in the first place. He blames her for ruining him and asks her to leave and never show up again.
Akanksha comes out crying when Rane comes to her and says that Niharika wants to meet her. Niharika, Manav and Sakshi comes to office where Niharika and Manav gets warm welcome. Akanksha also present there. Sakshi again feels left out. Niharika gives her speech thanking Manav and the employees and announces a meeting for the future plans. She calls Sakshi and introduces her as the new HR head of the company who’s loyal and efficient. Sakshi gets overwhelmed while Akanksha watches angrily.
Rane says Niharika about Akanksha and Akanksha winds up the meeting. Manav congratulates Sakshi and says that their good times have started. Sakshi holds his hand and says together it started and they have lots of such time in the future too. Manav feels something odd with her behaviour. Niharika meets with Akanksha and Akanksha tries speaking but Niharika shuts her. She asks her to address her as Ms. Holkar and taunts her. She says that she don’t like to be identified as anything by her and gives her money. She says it’s not for leaving Vaibhav as he already did that.
She says it because she pities her. She gives her few dresses of hers which she used too mocking that she never uses others things. Akanksha says that no matter what she’s still Yadhu’s mother. Niharika laughs it off saying she’s not fit to be called mother after leaving him for money. She says he doesn’t even remember her.
Sakshi says Yadhu about joining Sakshi office as HR and also very near to Manav’s cabin. Yadhu gets happy. Manav sees Akanksha and mocks her. Manav comes home and sees a letter from Yadhu. Yadhu proposes Manav to marry his Sakshi Mam.
Precap : Manav will say that his Sakshi Nam is really nice person and whoever marries her will be the luckiest. Yadhu will ask him to marry and become the lucky person. Manav will bring Niharika to jail where Niharika will slap him continuously to vent out her frustration on him.
