The episode starts with a handsome guy entering the college and flirts with a girl who has boyfriend . Kukki and Anushka watches it. Anushka goes blind in his handsome while Kukki scolds her for eyeing such a flirt and playboy. The guy named Kaushik hears it and fumes with her words. Nurse gives medicine to Anurag and Mohini takes care of him. Komolika calls Bajaj and says that his wife became is getting away from him right after few days of meeting with Anurag. She says him about her signing hospital form has his wife and also claiming to love Anurag.
Mr. Bajaj asks her to stop her nonsense has he doesn’t trust her. Komolika presses that how much deep was Prerna’s love for Anurag and she could’ve easily forgotten all the hatred seeing him. She advises him to check on Prerna before things go out of hand and cuts the call. Bajaj thinks for a while and books ticket for India. Nivedhita comes there and she asks if everything is fine. Nivedhita says that it’s all fine and Komolika leaves cursing Prerna.
Me. Bajaj calls Prerna and asks if has feelings has wavered and she forgot what happened 8 years back. She asks what happened and Mr. Bajaj says about Komolika calling him. Prerna says that he deserves to die but not so easily. She wants him to give him immense pain and should snatch everything of him just like he did with her. She says what happened there and Bajaj understands his mistake. He apologizes her and says about Komolika calling him.

Kaushik is still fuming recalling Kukki’s words. He blames Kukki for stopping Anushka from admiring him. He calls her irritation and will get his revenge on her. Their friend comes there and whines about his fight with his girlfriend. He advises them to never praise their girlfriend’s best friend as girls would never tolerate it. He says girls are so possessive and Kaushik gets an idea out of it against Kukki. Prerna comes to her home and surprises everyone with Kukki.
Kukki gets elated seeing everyone. Prerna’s mother gets happy seeing Kukki and introduces her to Mahesh, Kajal and Shivani. She praises Kukki for voice and Kukki credits Prerna for her efforts. She invites Kukki to join them for food. Kukki gets emotional as for the first time she’s having food with a family. Shivani gets a message but hides it. Prerna asks what happened but Shivani makes some excuse. Prerna thinks that many things have changed after 8 years and she doesn’t know anything.
