Episode begins with Prithvi asks Constable to give mobile to him saying that he want to call someone. Constable scolds him. Prithvi tells himself that Preeta deserves to be cursed for what she did with him. He says that he also deserves to eat sweet on Diwali. Sherlyn feeds sweet to him and wishes ‘Happy Diwali’ to him. She tells him that she will arrange bail for him as soon as possible. She informs him that what all happened with Pihu and Preeta. He gets happy after hearing her and tells her that Preeta deserved that. And she leaves from there.
On the other hand, Preeta and Karan enters Pihu’s room and sees Pihu sleeping. She apologizes to Pihu and she faints. He picks her and takes her from there. Sonakshi and Sherlyn notices that. Sherlyn thinks that Sonakshi is responsible for Preeta’s condition and goes inside.
Karan asks Sonakshi to drive the car fastly. Preeta regains her consciousness and takes Pihu’s name. He tells her that he is taking her to hospital because she fainted. She tells him that she is fine and she would have fainted because of weakness so she want to go home. He tells her that they are going to hospital that’s it and he places a kiss on her forehead. Sonakshi sees that and drives fastly. Karan asks her to drive safely.
They reaches the hospital. Karan tells Doctor that Preeta fainted. Preeta tells Doctor that she thinks that she fainted because she was exhausted physically and mentally disturbed too after her daughter’s accident. He tells Doctor that Preeta takes care of everyone but ignores it when it comes to her health and asks her to take all the tests. Doctor informs him that these symptoms are pregnancy ones too so she will take pregnancy test too and tomorrow they will get their report.
Rishabh notices that Lawyer Mehta calling Sherlyn and he lays on the bed to sleep. Sherlyn comes out of washroom and picks the call. She tells him that she can’t talk now and disconnects the call. He looks at her and she lies to him that Sanjana called her and apologizes to him for disturbing his sleep. He wonders that why she is lying and thinks that maybe Sanjana really called Sherlyn.
In the Luthra house, Preeta smiles recalling that what Doctor said about pregnancy. Karan asks her that why she is smiling. She hopes that she will get good news. Sonakshi goes to bring milk for Preeta. Preeta tells Karan that she falls for him more seeing his care towards her. He side hugs her.
Sonakshi gets angry recalling Doctor’s words. She mixes one tablet in the milk and she gives it to Preeta. She forces her to drink the milk but Karan stops her and asks her to leave them alone. Preeta drinks that milk and Sonakshi leaves the room. She lays on the bed and Karan goes inside the washroom. She thinks that this Diwali will bring new hope in her life.
