The episode starts with Sunita telling Vaiju that Vani fell asleep crying. She asks Vaiju what she needs to tell truth to Vani some day. She tells Vaiju what if one day Rannvijay comes infront of Vani and she chooses him over Vaiju. Vaiju says that think this can never happen. Rannvijay sits beside Vayu while he is sleeping..Vasundhara comes there and asks him to eat something. She herself feeds him and tells that Jaya did not know about Singapore trip. Rannvijay says he has apologised to Jaya.
Rannvijay tells that he can see Jaya’s care towards his family but he cannot forget Vaiju. Vasundhara insists him to think of himself in Jaya’s place. Vani wakes up and tells Vaiju that she does not want to talk to her. Vaiju acts to do sit ups with wrong count but Vani says that she will not smile. But seeing Vaiju upset , Vani hugs her. Vaiju asks Vani whom she loves most, and Vani tells Vaiju and promises not to ask about her father. Just then someone comes asking Vaiju for help as one of village ladies , Geeta is about to give birth but doctor is not able to come.
Rannvijay and Jaya are at doctor’s clinic for Vayu’s tests. Vayu goes aside to listen to story while waiting for doctor. Jaya meanwhile is about to fall unconscious but Rannvijay holds her. He asks her to have water but she denies. He says that he knows she is doing a lot for his family and son. Jaya says that it’s their son and family. Rannvijay tells that he has gone through a lot and Jaya says that even her life was not easy. Rannvijay tells her that he doesn’t want to give her any false hope.
Rannvijay tells Jaya that she works a lot and gets tired but needs a break too. So they can go on vacation as friends. Vayu says that they can go as Vasundhara will look after him. Vaiju reaches Gita’s house but Niranjan’s goon tries to stop her from entering inside. She insists that Gita needs her help and tries to go inside. Geeta’s husband warns Vaiju that if something happens to his unborn baby will she take the responsibility of same. Vaiju agrees to take it and goes inside. Those men inform Niranjan about the same.
Vaiju tries to help Geeta and says about trying to help her by using water birth technique. Vayu tells excitedly about Vaiju to his doctor. Doctor also feels the confidence in him and says Rannvijay to let him keep meeting this fighter aunty. Seeing Geeta, Vaiju recalls how she herself gave birth to Vani. She keeps encouraging Geeta and finally she gives birth to baby. Rannvijay tells Vayu that will all go to meet his fighter aunty. Geeta’s husband asks forgiveness from Vaiju for misbehaving with her and names his daughter Vaijayanti too.
