Star Bharat’s recently launched show Meri Saas Bhoot Hai is a horror comedy show which revolves around Gaura and her mother in law Rekha.
As Som and Gaura are married and Rekha has already become a ghost post her sudden death it will be interesting to see the equation of a ghost mother in law and human daughter in law.
In the previous episode, Rekha requests that Gaura bring scissors, cut the pallu’s corner, and remove Ganga’s keys. Gaura complies with her directive. Chanchal informs Ganga that a woman who calls herself the house’s daughter-in-law has arrived.
Rekha asserts that she is Twinkle. Gaura questions who Twinkle is. Chanchal refers to Gaura as if they are still the childhood friends. She asks Chanchal to apologise. Chanchal apologies to Ganga. Ganga approaches the guest. Gaura wonders whether Som has wed anyone else.
Twinkle speaks while seated in front of Rekha’s picture frame. Rekha tries unsuccessfully to communicate with her. Gaura tries to approach Twinkle. Rekha pulls her ears. Ganga comes there and spots Twinkle. Rekha blows on Gaura’s eyes with air.
Gaura rubs her eyes. Rekha cautions Gaura not to meet the visitor. She orders Gaura to steal the jewellery from Ganga’s room. Gaura receives the password from her. Gaura departs for work. Twinkle cries falsely for Rekha and then faints. Rahul sprinkles water on Twinkle.
Twinkle regains consciousness. She wonders why Som has not yet appeared despite the fact that she has performed so much drama. Gaura opens Ganga’s almirah against her will and steals the jewellery. She hears footsteps approaching.
Gaura becomes frightened and hides under the bed. Som enters Ganga’s room in order to call her. She continues to chant Ram Naam. Chandu arrives and informs him that Twinkle has arrived.
In the upcoming episode, Twinkle assures Som that she is always available to help him. Chanchal sees them while they are holding hands. Chanchal informs Gaura of the situation. Gaura does not believe her and refers to her as a maid. Som and Twinkle embrace.
